Location in Gries is very convenient: small village-like surroundings, everything in walking distance, frequent bus line to “downtown” Bolzano (10 min) Appartement has plenty of space and all amenities. Very clean, cosy.

perfect apartment, bright and modern

the apartment is beautiful and has every comfort for a short or long stay. you can clearly see that the hosts take care of the apartment in a very good way. I loved the style and the luminosity of the apartment, also the balcony was perfect

we found out that the sofa hadn’t bedsheets so we had to contact the hosts. they admitted the error and told us how to find new bedsheets through a videocall, even with little difficulty we made it and got the bedsheets. the next day the hosts gave us a present, they were very nice!

Het leek allemaal wel nieuw. Met airco en ruim balkon voorzien met zonnescherm. Erg groot allemaal. Zeker de badkamer. Geweldig!

Perfecto para visitar los Dolomitas

Un apartamento muy confortable y acogedor. Recogimos las llaves sin dificultad gracias a las indicaciones del anfitrión. Todo muy limpio. Es amplio y muy bien equipado. El garage en el edificio muy cómodo para guardar nuestra moto. La parada del autobús para ir al centro está a un par de minutos. En la zona hay un supermercado, panaderías, tiendas y sitios para tomar un café, cerveza o comer. Recomendable al 100%.

Die Lage im Stadtteil Gries ist hervorragend, ab vom Trubel des Zentrums, aber mit allen Geschäften (mehrere Supermärkte, Metzger, Bäcker) und Restaurants, die man zum täglichen Leben braucht sowie mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Mit dem Grieser Platz, 3 Minuten zu Fuß, hat man eine Haltestelle, die von vielen Busen (z.B. zum Bahnhof) bedient wird und von der man auch in entferntere Ziele (z.B. Meran) kommt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Farbgebung der Wände ist sehr angenehm. Es gibt viele Lampen, mit denen man je nach Stimmung und Tageszeit den Wohnraum beleuchten kann. Vom großen Balkon sieht man auf die ruhige Straße, an der die Wohnung liegt und kann auch schon Berge erkennen. Eine Markise läßt sich zum Schutz ausfahren und es gibt eine Klimaanlage für wärmere Tage. Wir waren im Winter unterwegs. Das große Bad ist sehr schön und hat ein Fenster, über das genug Licht eintritt, so das es zum vollwertigen Raum wird. Auch hier gibt es zusätzlich Variationsmöglichkeiten für künstliches Licht. Das helle Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten, mit Blick auf die nahen Nachbargebäude und Grün. Die Garderobe im Eingangsbereich, an die ein langer, indirekt beleuchteter Flur in die Wohnung führt ist groß und bietet nicht nur genug Raum für Mäntel, sondern auch für mehrere Schuhe von bis zu 4 Bewohnern, was sehr praktisch ist, gerade im Winter.

Zwei vollwertige Nachtischlampen, bisher nur eine, und das Schlafzimmer paßt gerade in puncto Beleuchtung besser zum Rest der Wohnung, die sonst gerade auch in Bezug auf die Beleutung beeindruckt.
