The apartment is nice. It has everything you need, is quite spacious and very well located.

When we got there, we had to wait almost 2 hours because the host didn’t answer his phone nor did he send any information before the check in. It was cold and we even had to call this person on a pay phone, when he did answer, he just said he was sorry he was in a party and had a “problem” with notifications. Booking didn’t even reply properly and I wonder what could happen if you rent a place and the host just doesn’t answer. We were about to rent something else cause it was really cold outside. Honestly, wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location & Spacious

Spacious ! coming from staying in tiny guesthouse suite this place is awesome. Felt free walking in the house. Internet was good, heater working fine and the kitchen too. Nightly rate is slightly expensive. Owner is responsive and helpful answering question. Thanks for giving us bus time table on getting to ski resort. Recommended for small family and friends

Didn't know how to use the washing machine and failed figuring out how to, all symbol and text in Italian. Maybe owner can put written basic manual in English. Tried washing and weirdly enough bottom cloths was drenched but the top cloths not even touched with water

The best apartment in Bolzano!

The location! In the centre of old town with shops, supermarkets and all the sights walking distance. The apartment itself was probably the nicest I’ve stayed at in a while. All modern equipment in an old style setting. Very big space. I absolutely loved this place! I felt safe, comfortable and at home.

Good

I loved the location – on a vibrant street, which was nonetheless quiet at night. The apartment is perfectly configured to be a short-term rental; there are all the necessities and zero excesses.

The sofa bed in the living room was insanely screechy. The negotiation to leave the suitcases after the checkout (10 am) inside the apartment for two hours, during the rain, was unsuccessful; this marred the end of our stay in Bolzano.

This is a fairly large and comfortable, clean apartment. Located in the city center, near the train station. There are many restaurants around. Nearby there is a supermarket. Polite host. Fast check in.

Room is quite cold as heater will only work below a certain temparature. Bedroom faces the street. Noise on the street early in the morning can wake a person up.

Great spot for an interesting stay! Gateway to the Dolomites!

Great location, wonderful historic features in the apartment, very close to Parking Walther, (park on the highest level if you need the elevator) but still in the pedestrian heart of the older part of Bolzano. Well appointed kitchen, lift access, great living area, hope to stay here again sometime!

Chi se lo aspettava!!

Avevo sentito parlare bene del centro di Bolzano soprattutto durante il periodo di Natale. Questo alloggio (che aveva tutta l’impressione di essere fresco di ristrutturazione) si trova in pieno centro e affaccia sulla zona pedonale. L’atmosfera respirabile è stata meravigliosa. L’alloggio tra le altre cose ha uno stile del tutto particolare che richiama perfettamente l’architettura del centro storico.

Se proprio si vuole trovare un difetto forse i pensili della cucina sono leggermente datati ma Claudio che è sempre stato a disposizione ci ha raccontato che sará un prossimo intervento per ammodernare l’alloggio che a mio avviso sarebbe già perfetto così

Bolzano è una bellissima città elegante...molto belli anche i dintorni

L'appartamento, molto bello, è dotato di tutti i confort...pulizia al top...per la colazione (non prevista) c'è il bollitore e la macchinetta per il caffè! Abbiamo visitato i bellissimi mercatini e l'atmosfera natalizia che si respira in tutte le strade è davvero avvolgente! I gestori della struttura sono molto disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta! Grazie ancora di tutto! Consigliatissimo!!!!

Sofa war instabil, billige Klappstühle als Stühle für den Esstisch, Fernseher nur mit italienischen Sendern, angeschlagene Küchenmöbel, schwierige Müllentsorgung, schlechte Fenster-deswegen Störung durch Lieferverkehr frühmorgens und spät in der Nacht durch Passanten

Excelente ubicación, en la calle principal de Bolzano, el departamento es muy completo y cómodo, muy amplio, la conexion de Wifi es muy Buena, no le falta nada y el anfitrión, Claudio, es muy atento, responde todas las consultas. Muy recomendable.

Disillusione

La struttura ha solo una buona posizione.

Entrando nell'appartamento c'è uno scalino,non evidenziato, ho rischiato di cadere appena arrivata. Appartamento molto sporco, soprattutto bagno e cucina. Il bagno ha luce non funzionante sullo specchio difficile truccarsi , fondo del wc sporco e pieno di incrostazioni e con acqua che scorreva di continuo, doccia impraticabile piena di muffa nera sia suo bordi che sul soffitto del bagno e mattonelle rotte sul pavimento del bagno. Il tavolo del soggiorno ha sedie apri e chiudi scomode ed esteticamente grossolane. La cucina ha un aspetto consunto, e gli utensili della cucina sono datati, frigorifero sporco sia internamente che esternamente. Apertura dell'appartamento da remoto ,mai visto Host solo approccio con messaggistica. Nessuna informazione ne scritta ne tramite video per l'utilizzo dei vari elettrodomestici. Nessun benvenuto con qualche cialda di caffè per colazione o altro o una semplice bottiglia d'acqua.
