Bolzano is always amazing!

Maurizio was a great host, answered very fast and is really polite! The apartment is spacious and relatively close to the city's center. The apartment has a nice decoration and Maurizio gave us passes (that cannot be bought, so they are very special) that would allow us to use transportation for free and even go on the cable cars without paying! The apartment is very pet-friendly (nothing in reach of a small dog that could be harmful that we found). We were able to cook most of the days, the kitchen is compact but we were able to make all meals if we wanted to.

It is not the host's fault, but the apartment does get noisy since there is a bar and a tobacco shop right below it, and the apartment is located on the first floor. It wouldn't go until late hours, usually by midnight, it would go quiet. The distance is something to be considered, especially if you plan to walk and stay in town. It's not super far, but after a few days it can be tiresome to always go back and forth. Although the path is absolutely stunning and I'll keep thinking about it.

Molto di più delle aspettative

Si arriva a piedi in centro in massimo 10 minuti. Ma se vuoi andare con il bus la fermata si trova a 60 metri dall'appartamento. A 20 metri c'è un supermercato. L'appartamento è accogliente e pulito. Il proprietario è veramente TOP: risponde subito ed è super disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo fin da subito.

La posizione è perfetta, tranquilla ma al tempo stesso molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico. L’appartamento è accogliente e dispone di tutto il necessario. Vista sul verde dal terrazzo. Host gentilissimo e pronto a fornire informazioni utili.

Ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

La possibilità di aver trovato e aver potuto usufruire gratuitamente del parcheggio e aver potuto lasciare l'auto per tutto il tempo necessario per la permanenza. La vicinanza dal centro. La comodità di usare gratuitamente i mezzi di trasporto come bus, ecc. mediante l'abilitazione e, l'offerta dellla guest pass da parte del gestore.

Avrei messo del pentolame in acciaio e qualche cucchiaino in più. Il sonno ed il riposo sono importanti. Il divano letto resta sempre una forma di adattamento al riposo per due persone, ma non è di certo il confort di un letto matrimoniale.

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado a 10 minutos andando del centro. Con todo lo necesario, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Mauricio fue súper amable, sus explicaciones fueron de gran ayuda. Y con el coche nos quitó un gran problema, es una alegría poder aparcar en la puerta del apartamento. Gracias

Para 2 adultos si y sin ser noche del viernes !!

Habitación amplia y cómoda. Terraza grande. Lavadora. Buena ducha.parquink gratis enfrente para vecinos.

El sábado por la mañana hay mercado justo enfrente a las 6h ya te despiertan aunque ventanas son buenas se oía mucho ruido. Faltaban cosas de cocina ni sal ni aceite ni papel de plata... Sofá cama muy viejo, colchón muy muy muy fino solo apto para niños y sucio. Sabanas con manchas, aunque limpias.

Heel goed verblijf om bolzano en omgeving te ontdekken

De host was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hij reageerde heel snel op onze berichten en vragen. De bolzano card was voor ons een enorme meerwaarde.

Ordentliches Apartment in TOP Lage, würden wir auch ein drittes Mal buchen. Sehr netter Gastgeber.

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal in diesem Apartment gewesen. Super Lage zur Innenstadt und zum anderen Teil der Stadt. Fluss und Park 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Aldi, Despar und Poli um die Ecke. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür bzw. in den umliegenden Nebenstraßen (dank Parkerlaubnis) und BozenCard sind inbegriffen. Großer Balkon. ÖPNV in "alle Richtungen" 4 min zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber der schnell antwortet.

Sauberkeit des Fußbodens könnte verbessert werden. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eisfach müsste abgetaut werden.

Peccato...

L' appartamento è accogliente, abbastanza pulito,è situato in un ottima posizione, non ci si può arrivare in auto perché è in zona ZTL, ma a pochi minuti è presente un parcheggio multipiano. Ottimo prezzo x il soggiorno. Federica Cagliari

Tuttavia c'è stata una criticità, la caldaia dell' acqua calda è andata in corto, i condizionatori non funzionavano, nonostante abbia contattato il numero dell' agenzia che gestisce l' appartamento, il signore che ha risposto ha cercato di farci risolvere il problema autonomamente, per poi non rispondere più ai messaggi e rifiutando le chiamate.Il finale è stata una doccia fredda di mio figlio, coraggioso, costretti a mettere sul letto asciugamani e giubbotti perché sul letto solo un copriletto leggero...., io capisco che certe cose possano accadere, però è stato deludente il trattamento che c'è stato riservato.

Posizione ottimale. Il proprietario della casa ti consegna un permesso per poter parcheggiare sotto casa. Inoltre ti consegna la Bolzano Card. L'appartamento è spazioso e confortevole.
