We had an enjoyable time staying in the centre of Bolzano.

Its proximity to everything.

It had no microwave oven and a washing machine handy. The laundrette was a decent walk away.

Excellent central location, we’d happily return.

The location in the centre of old Bolzano is excellent. It’s only a few minutes walk from the station, bus stops and the cable car as well as the museums, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed staying there.

Given there’s a dishwasher, there needs to be double the current amount of crockery and glasses. We kept having to hand wash unwashed crockery from out of the dishwasher because we’d used everything. The bed needs a second bedside table, using the floor is not acceptable.

Superb

The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable and situated in the heart of the Old Town. It made a relaxing base after exploring the local area, and the owners were helpful and available if needed. There are amazing bars, restaurants and cafes as well as shops, including supermarkets and stylish boutiques nearby. It is also a short (5 minute) walk to the train and bus stations, making exploring the area around the town quick and easy. Recommended is a Sudtirol travel card, a trip to Seceda, Cadtrl Roncolo, Lake Carezza and Renon when staying in the area. The area and apartment felt very safe for a solo traveller. Would stay again.

Just beware there is no air con which makes the bedroom very hot, although a fan and dehumidifier are available.

Definitely stay here!

Everything, the apartment was clean, well presented and spacious. It has a very nice toilet and kitchen and clearly been recently renovated. The kitchen had Everything needed to cook a decent meal including a dishwasher. It is placed in a great location overlooking a lovely square surrounded by beautiful buildings. Everything is within walking distance. There was a market on Fridays in the which sells local fruit and veg which was in the square under the balcony. This was lovely and had a great buzz to the area. The host was very helpful and friendly and always available if we had any questions.

Only a couple of minor things: The bedroom was quite hot and difficult to cool (it was around 35 degrees during our stay) but a fan and humidifier were supllied which helped, and the bed was not that comfortable. But that is personal preference and something that cannot be catered to everyone's comfort.

Appena si entra si ha un forte odore proveniente forse da un armadiatura un po’ datata .. non aderisce alla Bolzano card e nn ha parcheggio convenzionato !

Appartamento ideale per famiglie e viaggiatori

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è davvero comoda: arrivando in treno, in soli 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge facilmente la struttura. L’alloggio è confortevole, spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, perfetto sia per famiglie con bambini sia per chi cerca una sistemazione pratica e accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Consigliatissimo!

Goldener Oktober in Südtirol

Sehr gute Lage am Rathausplatz, mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Der Vermieter hat uns eine günstige Parkmöglichkeit in einer Tiefgarage ermöglicht. Tagesüber mittendrin, Nachts trotzdem angenehm ruhig.

Leider war keine Bozen-Gästekarte inbegriffen. Wir haben uns dann mit der Mobilcard und Bezahlten Seilbahntickets auf das Rittner Horn beholfen (2x 50€). Empfehlung vorher bei Buchungen anfragen ob die Gästekarte beinhaltet ist.

Da migliorare la pulizia (sotto l armadio in camera ci sono 2 cm di polvere), TV unta, box doccia pieno di gocce d acqua residue. Cuscini con cattivo odore scomodissimi, nel materasso si sprofonda

Bozen, immer wieder gern. Und auf jeden Fall wieder im Apartment von Tanja und Stefan.

Das Apartment ist mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig da das Schlafzimmer innen liegt. Wir haben es geliebt. Das Wohnzimmer zeigt zum Rathausplatz. Am ersten Abend gab es ein Konzert und wir hatten einen Logenplatz da die Wohnung einen Balkon hat. Sooooo schön.

Es gab nichts zu meckern. Nur schön.

Lage, Ausstattung, der Gastgeber- alles super! Das Bad ist tip top. Es wurde vor allem auch Wert auf eine hochwertige Ausstattung und auf Sauberkeit gelegt.

Ein paar Schönheitsfehler in der Wohnung könnten sehr schnell und einfach behoben werden.
