We enjoyed our stay in this apartment with a gorgeous view of the rooftops and mountains of Bolzano!

The location of this place is very good; just a 15 minute walk from the train station and very central. The view from the apartment (apt. 5) was gorgeous, that was definitely my favourite part! The facilities were very good. The kitchenette was well stocked for cooking, including a Nespresso machine. Important: Once you register, you can get MobilCards (free bus and train passage!) from the host. This is an excellent perk that I didn't know about before arriving! Make sure you send the registration information right away (name, passport, expiry date, date of birth) so that she can send you the virtual MobilCards before you arrive

Unfortunately, the wifi did not reach up to the attic apartment (#5) that we were in. It worked fine down on the third floor where the other apartments are, though. The information for registration, etc. was a bit scattered and the host was frustrated with me for not sending the proper information, even though there were contradicting sources regarding what needed to be sent and where to send it. Important: Once you register, you can get MobilCards (free bus and train passage!) from the host. This is an excellent perk that I didn't know about before arriving! Make sure you send the registration information right away (name, passport, expiry date, date of birth) so that she can send you the virtual MobilCards before you arrive.

Lying owner, disgusting attitude - Price not transparent

Nice town, nice surroundings

The lady which own the apartment charged us much more then the price on the booking.com (+50 EUR) - three night stay. She appologies her unability to manage her booking.com profile site in a way that: "booking.com itself without letting her know changed and manipulated prices of her apartment" -> which was apparently lie. The appartment was not ready on aggreed time - first one hour and half later (which was anyway few hours later than normal check-in)

The view from our apartment

The communication with our hostess was not so fine but at the end everything was clear. It’s just because we are not used to these situations, every time goes easy. Also the room is smaller than we thought and had a very slanted roof and the bed under. So it was bumping your head every time you get up.

Perfekte Lage, eine Ferienwohnung mit Augenzwinkern

Die Lage war perfekt. Sehr schönes Badezimmer. Die Sauberkeit.

Das hat natürlich auch immer mit einer Erwartungshaltung zu tun. Die sehr nette Gastgeberin hat es ein wenig übertrieben mit ihrer Fürsorglichkeit. Als Erwachsener ist man gut in der Lage zu wissen, wie man sich als Gast benimmt, was geht, oder was nicht geht. Weniger ist manchmal mehr. Was gar nicht okay war, ist, das die Heizung nicht individuell regelbar war! Gerade früh morgens möchte man es im Winter warm haben! Ob die Wohnung unbedingt designertechnisch ausgestattet sein muß, statt Standard, ist auch zu überlegen. Die Kaffeemaschine war ein billiges Plastikmodell, gerne etwas moderner, einfacher. Zugang zur Wohnung über Dachboden, mit Hindernissen, nicht so schön, aber machbar. Für große Menschen mit Obacht, da Dachschräge vorhanden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage!

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Auch das es einen Geschirrspüler gibt, fanden wir super. Auch die Terrasse ist toll, da sie sehr groß ist und man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge hat.. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, da man sowohl gut in das Zentrum als auch zum Wandern in die Berge und Umgebung kommt. Zu guter Letzt auch eine freundliche Vermieterin, die im gleichen Haus wohnt.

Die Terrassenmöbel waren etwas durchgesessen, allerdings störte uns das weniger, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Wir hätten uns auch mehr Verdunkelung für die Fenster gewünscht, damit wir nicht so früh wach werden.

Hervorragende Lage - es war nur ein Katzensprung zum Obstmarkt und zu den Lauben. Der Blick aus dem Fenster war herrlich - beim Aufstehen schon die Bergwelt sehen. Riesige Terrasse. Die Küchenausstattung war 1a.
