Good for short stay due to location

Apartment is in a good location - 5-10 minutes to train station with luggage. Kitchen had sufficient cooking equipment to make a meal. Small supplies of condiments. Host adjusted the central heating for us, which was great as our stay was in colder period.

The apartment is split with kitchen, lounge and laundry upstairs and bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Climbing up and down stairs can be an issue for some people. You need host to adjust heating timer as no instructions are available. Also hot water takes a little while to come through but once it does its good.

We received the wrong code for the key at first but this was quickly resolved!

- location - kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine

- cold (stayed in Dec) - outdoor noice (few bars were around.. cannot sleep with open window but you need one as there is no ventilation/ac) - electricity down twice during two days of stay.. have to do outside to plug it in.. no instruction given in advance - had to wait for landlord..) - that’s 2 storey appt, 15sqm each.. do not expect a space ..

Perfetto

Struttura perfetta x 2 persone, ha tutto, comodità spazio e tutto quello che trovi in una casa. Lavastoviglie, vettovaglie varie di qualità fornelli a induzione, locali ben illuminati e sopratutto locali caldi visto le temperature. Gestore cordiale e presente. Struttura in una zona tramquilla, nella notte non si sentonono rumori o schiamazzi. A ridosso del centro, nella via si trova una trattoria e una pizzeria, che a bolzano eccetto il centro non è scontato trovare.....in conclusione ci ritorneremo di sicuro. Soldi spesi bene a fronte di un servizio ottimo
