Supreme location

The location was excellent - very handy to centre, buses, train station, restaurants & supermarket. Being provided the Bolzano card to use on all public transport made getting around super easy. The apartment had an elevator that made life easy. Very friendly hosts and we were very happy there for 5 nights.

A perfect stay—comfortable, convenient, and close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The host was very responsive . The location was excellent—very close to the city centre, bus, and train stations. Supermarkets were nearby, and there were plenty of great restaurants in the vicinity. Highly recommended!

Great apartment with all amenities except AC

Apartment was super clean and small things were taken care off i e. usable slippers, washing machine, press, umbrella etc everything was there. Best part transport card provided i.e. Bolzano Card. This card is very useful.

On one day while cooking and using washing machine light went. On contacting apartment support was told apartment cannot handle too much electricity usage at once so I had to go to basement to switch on meter back. Owners should get this tested. Also there is no AC in apartment so it was very hot, fan was provided but only one so if someone is in dinning and someone in bedroom its difficult.

Excellent stay

We stayed in Bolzano to explore the Christmas Market. The apartment is centrally located and there is an option for parking at the main piazza for 15 euros a day. We have pre-arranged the parking with the host. The apartment itself is very clean, kitchen well-equipped and bed is comfortable. Manuela the host is helpful and very professional. We were travelling with a 2 year old and the apartment is perfect for our needs.

Appartamento molto carino ed accogliente al centro di Bolzano e a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Proprietaria gentile e molto disponibile…appartamento fornito di tutto, abbiamo addirittura trovato caffè, tisane e cioccolato per gli ospiti…Da tenere assolutamente presente per un prossimo soggiorno A Bolzano!

Tolle Unterkunft, direkt in der Altstadt

Die Lage war fantastisch, 3 min zum Waltherplatz und direkt in der Altstadt. 5 min zum Bus und mit der Bozen Karte konnten wir die Busse, Seilbahnen und die Schmalspurbahn (Rittner Bahnl) in Oberbozen kostenlos benutzen. Das haben wir reichlich genutzt. Das Apartment war modern und mit ausreichend Platz, auch für die Sachen, ausgestattet. Auch für die ersten Tage waren Seife, Klopapier, Spülmittel und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Kein Besen und Kehrschaufel bzw. Staubsauger vorhanden. Gerade im Bad war es schwer, die vielen Schutzflecken und Haare nur mit einem Lappen auf den Knieen wegzuwischen. Müllentsorgung, gerade Plastikmüll, hätte besser gelöst werden können. Gerade die vielen Getränkeflaschen (bei fast 40 Grad mussten wir viel trinken) haben wir selbst weggebracht, 2-3 min Fußweg, sonst wären wir bei fast 2 Wochen Aufenthalt im Müll erstickt.

Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage in Bozen/Bolzano

Die zentrale Lage - 7 Minuten fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof - ist großartig. Die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe beim Check-In ist ein Qualitätsmerkmal, das leider immer mehr aus der Mode kommt. Hier gibt es das noch und die Ansprechpartnerin hat die wesentlichen Dinge sehr freundlich erklärt und sehr kurzfristig wegen der hohen Temperaturen einen zweiten Ventilator gebracht.

In der Umgebung sind mehrere Bauprokte, an denen die Arbeiten ganztägig starke Geräusche verursachen und sehr früh beginnen.

5 Tage Natur pur

Die Lage ist optimal. Der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und es ist alles, was man braucht in der Nähe. Das Appartment ist sehr komfortabel und verfügt über eine tolle Ausstatung. Die Betten sind bequem und der Check in war reibungslos. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine gute Adresse. Jederzeit wieder.

Unsere Bahnanreise hat sich deutlich verzögert. Nach Absprache wurde der Schlüssel im Schließfach deponiert. War alles sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das saubere Apartment in einem ruhigen Haus. Das bequeme Bett. Die gute und zentrale Lage (zur Seilbahn, z. Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt). Aufzug im Haus. Und natürlich die Bozen-Card.
