Good Short Stay

Near the center. An hour away by bus to Seceda and Alpe de Suisi cable car. There is a good bakery downstairs.

Power outage- as it cannot handle simultaneous use of appliances. There is A/C but it seems not working.

Wonderfully located, responsive hosts, but a discrepancy of information from bookings and hosts.

The location.

It turned out that the apartment we booked was not the one shown in the photo on the booking site. Perhaps the problem lies with the booking site, not the hosts. The parking lot is not infront of the apartment, and if you haven't read every line on the host's website carefully, not the booking confirmation, you will need additional instructions on how to get there. The apartment is located in a pedestrian zone where cars are not allowed. In addition, due to our obviously poor information, we paid about 30 euros for parking for one day. The hosts offer a discount on the price, but you have to find their office first, and when you are there on business, there is not enough time for that. Breakfast also turned out to be in a different place. This is not specified in the reservation. Once you receive confirmation from the hosts, you should read everything on their website carefully.

This is a great location and I highly recommend it.

The location is great, the room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. It is located in the shopping area. Train station, bus station and cable car are all within walking distance, as well as the supermarket and restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

Nothing : It would be appreciated if you could have an iron available. Additionally, a slippery mat is necessary for the shower due to its slippery nature.

Beautiful apartment for us as a family. Location was perfect. We loved it, will always search for Cooper again on our travels.

Great option in wonderful place

Really fantastic location, but little street or other noise. The apartment was reasonably simple but very nicely done, spotless and very comfortable. Only stayed one night but wish it had been for more. Very beautiful building and imagine other apartments would be similarly and reliably comfortable. Contactless entry details were straightforward and easy to enter

A later standard check-out would be nice. Railway station is very close if you need somewhere to leave your bags. The apartment didn't have any flaws or 'surprises' - would recommend.

City stay right on the walking shopping street

Zicla, the lady who always answered my inquiries on whatsapp, is perfect. she is extremely helpful.

at the very first glance, it was a bit hard to find the apartment. however, Zicla is the best and she called my whatsapp to help :D photos shown on booking.com do not correspond to the actual apartment as there is no stair inside my unit.

We have stayed with Stay Cooper multiple times now and have never been disappointed. Great place , great staff at the Bistro.

We loved everything but if I had to pick something, we were upgraded to a new flat and although it slept all (two couples) , one of the bedrooms was twin beds. But that was a very minor thing.

The location was WONDERFUL. Walking distance from the train, to the outdoor market and the big square. Well stocked kitchen (though no microwave). Very roomy and comfortable. And there’s an elevator.

The location was excellent, very easy to find from the train station. We arrived earlier than check in and they allowed us to store our luggage at their offices, and then sent me a message when our room was ready. I would definitely stay here again.
