The location is amazing, nearby some attractions and excellent restaurants. The check in process is smooth though the property platform. Although the apartment was smaller than we thought but was enough for a family of 6 . The parking is slightly faraway but this is normal in italy.
The photo somehow is misleading, the apartment actually is smaller than what we expected.

It was in a great location right in the centre of Bolzano. Clean, quiet and very easy check in. Good aircon and grateful for a lift to take cases up!
It was a bit on the snug size for four adults. The sofa bed takes up a lot of room and so if you are thinking of staying for longer I would go for a two bed apartment. Also the bathroom was off the bedroom and the door is just obscured glass so it’s fine for families but if you like your privacy it may not be for you!

Some rooms no air conditioner but only provide fans. The check-in process was complicated and uncomfortable.
