The location really can't be beat! We loved the street it was on and everything walkable nearby. The use of door codes instead of keys was fantastic for a busy family dragging tons of bags from a train station, I was just able to open the app and have instant access. Thank goodness there was an elevator (for bags and elderly parents), we liked the entry way coat rack since it was winter and the fact that there were two bedrooms.
The kitchen is extremely small, with a large round table that once people sit, it makes it impossible to access the refrigerator, cabinets or dishwasher. The facility is also not well appointed. We had no salt and pepper (we had just come from an Air BnB in Milan that was fully stocked with everything anyone would need in the kitchen), very very few towels that we ran out immediately, no extra pillows, about one pot and one pan for cooking, minimal amount of silverware even though this was a two bedroom with a pull out couch (can accommodate 6). It was also not very easy to reach anyone for any assistance, they have a great app but it has very little information and you're always just referred back to the app. The photo had a ladder and stairs but our place was shotgun with first the kitchen & couch/pull out, then the first bedroom, then the bathroom, then the primary bedroom + bathroom at the end. That's not a problem, but we were confused when we entered thinking we were in the wrong place because it didn't look like the photo. Consider the place extremely minimalistic and bring everything along with you that you might need. Which, can be difficult if you're on a multi-week trip and just making a stop for a few days but you need to plan that way.

The flat was excellent, location great, beds comfortable. The host was very responsive, because the TV remote control didn’t work and they fixed it with an hour. Wifi good.
Everything is digital, including the keys and all instructions for everything in the flat. I would have liked some details on paper, such as what to do with the recycling, the wifi password etc. For some things, it is too much bother to download instructions - I want to have a piece of paper in a kitchen cabinet. The front door key is digital and was on my email, which means we couldn’t work out how other members of my family could go back to the flat without me. We managed for one night, but for a longer stay, that would have been irritating.

Fantastic location in centre of town in amongst the luxury stores (& walking distance from station). Spacious, well lit, well heated, exceptionally clean + it conveniently had an elevator. The self check-in was a good system too (once I figured out how to trigger the lock opening on app). They tended to a curtain that wouldn’t close (initially difficult for my son to sleep with light coming in).
Needed some spare pillows!!. The existing ones were very thin/flat so (because there were none spare), I slept on a towel and he slept on a folded blanket for extra height. When I asked for pillows to be provided the next day, I received one velvet lounge dress pillow 🤪. Perhaps lost in translation?
A little milk for the tea/coffee also would have been nice (tho appreciated that tea & coffee was provided).
