Nice experience.

Close to the city’s center and station. Most of the facilities are new and clean. The host is super nice and friendly and always available.

Clothes hanger was broken. The TV remote was not easy to use - you have to press very hard for it to work. The LED light on the microwave was too bright that it disrupted our sleep - had to find a way to cover it to reduce the intensity of the light. The apartment was near a rail way so if you are a light sleeper you will need earplugs, because it could get quite loud at night.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment with amazing views

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, beautifully renovated, fully furnished, and very comfortable. It has two lovely balconies with amazing views. The management team was absolutely delightful and helpful with everything. The location is great — just a 5-minute walk from the city center, yet very quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was an excellent experience — highly recommended!

The only small downside is that it’s on the 5th floor with no elevator (due to temporary construction), and you can sometimes hear the trains since it’s close to the station.

convenient, comfortable Bolzano stay with great views

The apartment is lovely and exactly as the photos showed. kitchen facilities excellent, as was air con and mattress. It was unfortunate to arrive to a broken washing machine which could not be fixed during our eight night stay. We enjoyed the spectacular views.

We did not like all the construction going on in the area between the station and apartment and on the bridge, making the walk between station and apartment quite treacherous, having to wheel luggage on the road. This of course has nothing to do with the owner of the apartment and we are sure once completed the apartment will have great access. We also didn’t like the constant noise from the railway directly below, however we were warned about this from previous reviewers and we did get used to it. The pillows provided were very thin and uncomfortable and we opted to use the cushions from the couch. The elevator was very dirty and smelly.

Central, best view and super cozy apartment with everything you need

The view was just amazing, two balconies, a freaking mountain right outside the window, the river! Everything was very clean and our stay was very pleasant. Also we didn't have to worry about having just one set of keys, as the other person could easily get into the flat with the app and the entrance code. The host is also super nice, she was always in contact with us and helped to find a switch to turn on the washing machine (which looks like a light switch on the wall haha)

The train tracks are literally below the windows, so if the sound of trains passing by is bothering you at night, it might not be the best option, it was always audible even with the windows closed. But I personally didn't mind it. Also I wish there were some coffee capsules available for the coffee machine, and an extra trash bin for the bathroom. And the washing machine has a dryer function (which was not advertised to be fair), but sadly we couldn't get it to work properly. But there is a rack to dry your clothes by hanging, that's what we did in the end.

Exceptional

Its a very spacious apartment and very clean comfortable and well equipped . Nice to have the Bluetooth speaker to connect to my phone .. There are nice views of the mountains and river from the balconies The apartment is within easy walking distance of the old town and the station . Annette is very prompt to reply to any questions

Coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dark window blinds, air conditioning, everything was clean, new furniture, spacious shower. Two balconies are nice to have, both with beautiful views. Close to the city center and the main railway station. Kitchen is very well equipped, with some essentials already there (spices, coffee). Easy access to the apartment (you use your smartphone to unlock it).

Small elevator, the train passes right below the windows, which means you cannot sleep with an open window at night (for us it was no problem).

Ottimo

Appartamento situato a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Walther e 20 minuti dalla Funivia del Renon. La stanza matrimoniale grande e accogliente, i locali puliti e luminosi. Hanna, la host, é stata gentilissima e organizzata, mi ha contattato tramite WhatsApp per darmi tutte le informazioni per accedere in autonomia all’appartamento, ma vivendo in città sarebbe comunque stata disponibile di persona per eventuali problemi.

Non é presente il parcheggio auto, ma c’é la possibilità, previa disponibilità, di usufruire di una struttura convenzionata, Hanna dà tutte le informazioni dettagliate. Personalmente il letto e il cuscino erano troppo morbidi, ma sono gusti personali.

L'appartamento era della giusta grandezza e adeguatamente climatizzato, come la sua posizione adiacente alla ferrovia e soprattutto a pochi minuti dalla stazione e dalla piazza del duomo dove c'erano i mercatini di Natale!!! Vorrei sottolineare la disponibilità della titolare Hanna, sia nel check-in che nel check-out, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze e necessità!! In tal modo ha reso più piacevole il nostro soggiorno, cosa non da poco e molto apprezzata da tutti i fruitori della struttura, per tutto quanto lo consiglio assolutamente!!!

In realtà piccole cose del tutto soggettive, personalmente preferisco dei letti un po' più duri, ma agli altri andavano bene cosi com'erano.

Wohnung total in Ordnung, Lage zur Innenstadt und Bahnhof super. Ein Minus die Hausumgebung.

Die Wohnung liegt weinige Minuten von der Innenstadt. Wohnung ist in einem großen Bau untergebracht, 5. Stock, mit dem Aufzug erreichbar, toll eingerichtet, super sind die 2 Balkone. Bad ist groß, Dusche ein Traum, Fenster im Bad. Küchenausstattung ebenfalls super. Ausreichend für 2 - 4 Personen. Die Wohnung würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, aber ......

Ein Hinweis auf den Gesamteindruck des Hauses. Man denkt zuerst, dass man nicht richtig ist. Der Eingangsbereich vor dem Haus ist verschmutzt, das Haus wirkt sehr abgewohnt. Ein weiterer kleiner Minuspunkt ist die unmittelbar Nähe zu den Bahngleisen, die die Hausbewohner charmant mit Gehörschutz - Ohropax am Nachttisch überspielen wollen. Trotzdem sehr laut.

Grand et bien équipé mais donne sur la voie de chemin de fer.

Grand appartement, très bien équipé, propre et proche du centre-ville. Gentillesse et disponibilité de la propriétaire.

L' appartement est à côté de la voie de chemin de fer. Cela ne nous a pas vraiment gêné la nuit (peu de trains et nous avons dormi fenêtres fermées) mais peut l' être à partir de 5h30 quand le traffic ferroviaire reprend. Piste d' amélioration: mettre une petite poubelle dans la salle de bain.

Die Wohnung war groß, vom Mobiliar und Renovierungsstatus gut eingerichtet mit 2 relativ großen Balkonen. Hilfreich waren die Infos zu Bozen vor der Anreise und die Parkhausreservierung. Die Lage ist tatsächlich sehr nah zur Innenstadt.

Die Lage an einer viel befahrenen Zugstrecke mit direkter Lage zu den Gleisen war sehr anstrengend. Es lagen Ohropax bereit - aber die trägt man ja höchstens zum Schlafen… Im 5. Stock war der Aufzug ausgefallen - wohl nicht ganz neu… Das Milieu des Hauses und der unmittelbaren Umgebung gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der direkte Kontakt zur Vermieterin war nach einer ersten Freude über Informationen und Hilfe beim Parken dann anstrengend viel… wir haben noch nie für 2 Nächte so viel Infos zu lesen erhalten, App laden gebraucht und Erinnerungen bekommen…

Bello come alloggio e posizione ma....un po di pulizia non guasterebbe!

Comodo per visitare i mercatini in quanto 5 minuti a piedi eri sul luogo desiderato

Pulizia Alloggio con vetri finestre e box doccia sporchi, unto su forno microonde, utensili non dei più puliti, polvere su lampade e mobili , rumore treni che passano in continuazione, odore di cibo come apri porta ingresso causa alloggi di etnie afro asiatiche, quindi immaginare odore loro cucina come può essere. Cuscini molli che una volta appoggiata testa per dormire sprofondava ed era come se non ci fossero... Illuminazione bassa , una lampadina con più watt sul tavolo sarebbe utile Tv no comment...bella x carita ma non prende un canale. Nel 2024 ci si aspetta ricezione canali e soprattutto sky decoder sarebbe gradito visto prezzo non basso locazione

Indolencia y desamparo

No ofrece desayuno. La ubicación es buena, pero se accede por una entrada colmada de basura y ratas visibles a plena luz del día.

Estuvimos desamparados. A poco de llegar se cortó la luz y al avisarle al anfitrión me dijo que debía solucionarlo yo buscando en el sótano del edificio el fusible correspondiente, Al principio me negué y pedí que enviara a alguien ya que tengo 75 años y no soy electricista. Me contestó que sobre la mesa tenía un instructivo y nunca más me llamó. Hasta el día del check out, cuando lo hizo para recordarme que dejara el dinero del impuesto municipal sobre la mesa al irme. Por supuesto que tuve que ir al sótano y meter mano en los fusibles a riesgo de pasar cuatro días sin luz o algo peor. Jamás volvería a alojarme allí. ni gratis.

Locatie is naast treinspoor waar tot ‘s avonds laat en vanaf ‘s ochtends vroeg treinen langsrijden op hoge snelheid met veel lawaai: geen oog dicht gedaan. Dit had in de beschrijving moeten staan.
