Pretty hotel but overpriced

Fantastic location and facilities. The room was clean and the room service was satisfactory and fast.

Price for value is not proportional. They up charge for everything — breakfast, spa, parking — when the value of these items is not worth the cost. This makes for the entire experience to feel quite upsetting

Nothing , no view of the lake nor the food is good Or the staff are respectful to Muslims only good thing is breakfast

The house keeping is racist , as we left the property and leave cleaning they came and switched the pamphlet to do not disturb , the food is terrible inedible , except breakfast , and reception didn’t want to help at all

Great stay in como

- very nice hotel with incredible lobby - the room was nice - the upgrade was much appreciated - garage was very good and clean - staff were helpful and professional - the ac in the room is cold

- unfortunately the dine in food wasn’t good - location is ok but far by foot so consider calling a taxi via concierge - I understand the importance of the city but the price for what you get is too much (overpriced)

Como has lost some of its magic.

Secure onsite underground parking, which was the reason I chose the hotel. Clean, modern, located on the outskirts of Como, a 1/2 hour walk into town along a promenade which, if I am being honest, needs some money spent on it to tidy it up.

It feels new but very corporate. As it was Como, I expected to pay over the odds, but it is expensive for what you get. eg a 40fr surcharge each to use the indoor pool. The rooftop restaurant was noisy and catered for a younger age group.

Perfect place for me, myself and I!

Everything related to my short stay! The room was nice and the bed really comfortable. The infinity as well as the view contributed to my relaxation time. The dinner (dishes were well presented and quality of the products, excellent) on the rooftop and the atmosphere were ideal. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices to meet different guests' requirements.

The fact that I did not spend enough time to enjoy more facilities.

Roof Top

Showering area is moldy. The concierge recommend a restaurant that was totally a tourist trap. The roof top was nice but the front desk lady wasn't.

Luxury with a price tag

Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful lounge. Gorgeous rooftop area. Most of the staff were amazing. Breakfast was divine.

The male concierges were rude and condescending and didn’t give accurate information. One of them actually winked at me!! The pool closed far too early considering sunset was 21.15.

The service in the roof top restaurant was not great. Took ages to order drinks & food. There were plenty of staff…but only one was experienced & was rushed off her feet..the rest were pretty useless !

Lovely hotel, in the perfect Como location to explore, friendly and attentive staff!

I loved that they gave our dogs each a bed and gifted them treats and poop bags. Such a simple but heartwarming gesture, we were not expecting it at all, and it was such a great surprise!

On the first night we had issues with our shower, and our coffee machine- we had to ask 3x to get the situation fixed- but in the end it was handled very well by the staff.

Gorgeous, clean hotel with amazing pool view

Absolutely stunning hotel with incredible views of Lake Como from the rooftop pool. Breakfast was excellent with a huge array of choices, and room was immaculate, much bigger than expected. Housekeeping came twice each day, providing bottled water each time, and the robes/slippers/flip flops were much appreciated. Staff were also excellent, very attentive and helpful.

The hotel is slightly further out from central Como - it's a good 30mins walk to the funicular etc. That being said, it's a lovely walk along the lake so very pleasant all the same, and it wouldn't put us off returning!

The pure definition of 4 stars hotel

I really liked that the room was very quite and we slept very good at nights. Breakfast was OK. Location allows to reach C10 easily for to the west towns of Como lake (Menaggio). Hotel contains some nice restaurants and cool rooftop pool. Generally the staff was very kind. Welcoming gift was nice.

1. I found the hotel too expensive and quite far from the center of Como. That's why the value for money was quite low for me. 2. I felt the concierge is quite weak relatively to other hotels. a. There was no clear two-page brochure with straight-forward information about important issues that will make the stay more pleasant. For example - which bus lines goes where, helpful tips to get ferries on time, what app can be used to track buses/ferries etc'. b. There are no organized day trips to exciting areas from the hotel. 3. We found out that arrival to places like Neso/Bellagio was a nightmare in public transportation from the hotel (C30 bus is horrible, catching fast ferries might require to skip your breakfast) 4. I expected more from the breakfast - the pancakes were sometimes dry or not warm enough. Coffee was disappointing. 5. Wifi costs money or need registration for guests, but perhaps we misunderstood. 6. Room service that comes every evening, knock and ask if anything is missing. This is nice, but also disturbing and not efficient. Just write a note "Anything is missing? Feel free to call "XX" anytime" 7. I couldn't find information about spa treatments at the website.

English: Lorenzo swore at my girlfriend at midnight, and the whole front desk knows about it. Shame on Hilton and the entire management. Spanish: Lorenzo insultó a mi novia a medianoche, y toda la recepción lo sabe. Qué vergüenza para Hilton y toda la administración. French: Lorenzo a insulté ma petite amie à minuit, et toute la réception est au courant. Honte à Hilton et à toute la direction. German: Lorenzo hat meiner Freundin um Mitternacht geflucht, und die ganze Rezeption weiß es. Schande über Hilton und das gesamte Management. It was perfect.

Location was perfect. Basically walk out of the hotel, over the road, down to the lake and follow the lake round to Como centre. It's just a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was great. So much selection to chose from. I chose a room with lake views and it was stunning. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The room was perfect. If you want comfort, clean and rooftop swimming pool with lake views then the Hilton is the place to stay. The staff were lovely and helpful. There's no bad word to say about it.

Pillows wasn't that great. My pillows were abit flat. TV channels wasn't great. Could do done with sky sports. It would of been good to of had the football on whilst I get ready to go out but that's me being a massive football fan.

Functional but expensive

Nice big room, modern, airy.

Felt like we could have been anywhere in the world, no character. Didn’t reflect anything of Lake Como. Staff were brisk. Restaurant was characterless, like an airport hotel. Spa was good but found it too expensive and initially full of children.
