Great location and Yazia gave us good recommendations.

Need to have a place to hold bags. We were checking out that night and they could not hold our bags. We had to spend 30 dollars to store bags in locker for the day

The location was perfect and the room was nice.

The location was perfect Alessia was very helpful. I thought the little tea set was absolutely adorable. The bed was bery comfortable. The shower was huge!

I would've enjoyed havjng separate soap for my body and separate soap for my hair instead of a "body and hair" soap. The espresso machine was very difficult to uss. We could hear evertthing from the neighboring rooms, so last night when our neighbor entered, it was quite loud

Perfect Location in Como - Perfect Host

The owner and staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and responsive. He gave us all kinds of options when we checked it. The location in Como was perfect - easy walking distance to the lake and to/from the train station. Getting into the hotel/apartment was tricky, with a combination of keys and locks, and we definitely felt secure. There is a small elevator if you need help up the stairs. There was a great little square a short distance from the hotel where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We would definitely stay again.

The room was smaller and more sparsely decorated than I expected from the photos, but it had what we needed. We pack conservatively, but if you carry large luggage, room space will be challenged. I was able to slide my small suitcase under the bedframe. Bathroom was also very small, and they provided only small disposable bottles of shampoo and bath gel. We needed to request more for our stay. We found that in many places we stayed that we were not able to adjust the room temperature below a certain level. My husband always sleeps hot under the down comforter and was often too warm. I, on the other hand, loved it.

Alessia's place was perfect for my Como stay. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect, central and walking distance to everything in the city center. I would maybe add some curtains to the bedroom as we were woken up every morning as soon as the sun started coming up. And maybe 4 pillows on a king size bed instead of just 2. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

Excellent value for money and exceptional host

Excellent location - walking distance to train station, ferry dock and Como centre. The host was exceptional - provided many tips on how best to see lake Como, where to eat and things to do around Como.

Fabulous! Perfect location to do everything we wanted to do in and around Como!!

So clean and comfortable. Very comfy bed. Quiet. Great night's sleep. Delightful shower! Yaiza was charming and made good recommendations.

A beautiful apartment in Como close to the action with wonderful advice from the host.

Lovely apartment close to the centre of Como and the lake. We got excellent advice on how to skip the long lines which proved invaluable.

We’d loved to have a bigger fridge but it wasn’t a major issue

No microwave , no toaster, no housekeeping in 3 days period of stay , two very small bottles of bath gel for a couple for 3 days , no soap holder in shower area , chipped tea kettle and chipped glass in bathroom, only one set of towels given for 3 days , size of delux apartment very small , balcony so small that unusable

Fabulous place to stay

Excellent stay. Room was perfect. Really accommodating of my early arrival and storage of luggage after check out. Lots of great recommendations and suggestions shared about Como and how to visit other places on the lake. Highly recommended Alessia's Place.

It was a fantastic location. Close to the water and in a pedestrian friendly area with numerous restaurants and shops. Felt very safe there too.

Quiet location on the main the walkway, Attention to detail is superb!

The attention to detail at this property were impeccable. Nothing was missed! Very quiet and hidden off the main path, the AC worked great, and the bathroom was a decent size with a great shower. The beds were very comfortable and one of the best nights sleep on our 15 day trip.

Magical city, friendly people

We were greeted on the street by the most wonderful young lady! She escorted us to our room and explained in detail how all the systems worked. Our stay would not have been as seamless without all the tips and suggestions she shared, from restaurants,tours, shopping, transportation etc. Como is enchanting as is Alesia’s Place and their amazing hostess.

That’s a difficult question, the only thing I can think of would be extra bed pillows, which I’m sure would have been provided had I asked.

Beautiful, perfect suite in lovely Como!

Beautiful suite in a central location in Como, clean, stylish, perfect facilities, and great value for money. The friendly host Yaiza, met us at the property and showed us how to access, and then gave us some local knowledge on things to do and places to eat. Yaiza made us feel really welcome. We had a very enjoyable 3 days in Como, made better with the knowledge that we had the amazing suite waiting nearby when we needed it. We’d thoroughly recommend Alessia’s place to anyone visiting Como, and when we return we’ll definitely stay again!

Great location but not a 2 bed rooms

Great location, clean

We expected 2 bed rooms but turned out the 2nd “bed room” is not really a room and has no door, so no privacy or noise reduction. Also, while not the fault of the owner, we needed to unlock 4 separate doors + 1 elevator to get into our room which is tedious.

Beautiful Room, Amazing Location and Helpful Host

Very friendly and extremely helpful host! She gave us a lot of amazing tipps for sightseeing and also took the time to write everything down and send us via WhatsApp. Therefore we had an amazing day, not only in her Hotel, but also in Como as a tourist.

The bed was extremely comfy! They left tea and coffee. The room was private and cozy. It was right in the middle of Como!!

Cars are not allowed in downtown Como, so you need to park in a parking garage. There is one located very close to the property so it was convenient. The doorways were very narrow, but we didn’t have too much of an issue.

Comfy and romantic :)

Such a beautiful little room/ studio apartment. Our host was fantastic, very helpful and quick to respond 1 min walk to the square and about 5 to the lake. Pictures are accurate.

The kitchen was lacking a few amenities like a toaster but very minor.
