Great location being in the heart of the historic district, access to everything! The property manager was very responsible be when there was a problem, the owner was not.

Walking into the alley/entrance was damp, dark and dirty. It would be SO EASY to add a few planters here and change it to a lovely and welcoming entrance. The rooms are nice but not near as nice as the airbrushed photos online. Also, the water tank burst on our floor the first night we stayed and water was shooting everywhere. We called and the bldg owner came right away with a plumber. He first tried to blame us saying “someone” must have messed with it. Then he said he had to turn off the water on our floor to fix and he couldn’t say how long it would be off. We asked what we should do about water/shower/toilet and he said that was not his problem he needed to work on fixing it.

Difficult to park, but that is the case for the whole of Como

We had a great stay here! You need to let the host know your time of arrival and they will meet you at the door. The room was very cosy and spacious and had everything we needed! The location was also great - walkable from the train station and to the lake.

The room we stayed in had incredibly thin walls and we could hear the whole conversation from our neighbours which started at 6am - we were already awake so not a huge bother, just be aware your conversations can likely be heard by your neighbours :-)

Great location and very clean

The room and bathroom were really small with no place to put luggage or toiletries plus a waste bin is definitely needed. It was also a mission to get into the property- everyone was let in at the same time - was a bit chaotic but Beatrice was very nice!
