Our room was beautifully appointed with a stunning view of the lake from all windows and the small balcony (room 330). The breakfast was excellent and so relaxing to sit outside looking over the lake. The employee’s care attention to detail add to five star experience of this property.
The bathtub is also pretty impressive.

Alberto is one of those rare people who transforms a trip into a lifelong memory. He takes the time to personally sit with each guest, learn about their interests, and craft a customized itinerary that feels thoughtful and effortless. He remembers your name, checks in regularly, and makes sure every detail is perfect—always with kindness, patience, and a warm smile. His recommendations helped us discover the absolute best of Como, from hidden gems to unforgettable experiences.
We loved this place so much that we extended our stay—something we’ve never done before. Everything about Hotel Vista Palazzo made us feel at home, pampered, and truly valued. If (and when!) we return to Lake Como, there is no question: this is where we’ll stay.
