Location, comfy bed, spacious room and modern bathroom
Windows let any noise in, there is nowhere to leave ur toiletries in the shower, no black out curtains

The staff here at the hotel were really warm and welcoming. They did their best to accommodate to our requests, leaving out luggage and returning later. The hotel itself is located on top of a restaurant, but that was no issue at all given the clear instructions. The room and bathroom are also spacious.
A little on the pricer side but I guess that's how it is in Como these days

Location in Como is great
Impossible to sleep before midnight as the rooms are right atop the restaurant room (with the windows right atop the tables.
Not very nice to cross cross the restaurant to make it through the rooms
