Lovely, best staff in italy and best location in Italy

Perfect location, very spacious, very safe, very very friendly staff, all in all amazing hotel walking distance from almost everywhere ud like to visit as a tourist in como,

Maybe the bathrooms cleanliness wasnt the best but it was fine, some weird stairs inside the hotel to take u to rooms not very convenient if old people or handicapped and cant use stairs (there are elevators in the hotel but some rooms in each floor need stairs to access even though u use the elevator)

The hotel was perfect for our short stay.

The hotel is in a good central location and the staff the were extremely helpful and kind. Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast and option to eat within outdoor courtyard.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable. But otherwise there is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

You need the correct route because Google Maps will send you via a ZTL. The hotel can provide you a good direction. So why depend on that message from them. Just say go to Taxi stand and take it from there

A solid hotel to stay in Como. Its old, but well renovated and spacious ans in the middle of the city.

Decent place is the centre. Kind of retro charm, kind of old and tired.

Retro charm about the place. Great location, big rooms 20 euro parking available. Centre of the city which is always nice. Bright rooms as well.

Retro charm is being generous. Would be a really fun project to do the place up—get rid seemingly hundreds of random bits of furniture around the place. There are plenty of spaces around the hotel that are crying out for an update.

What I liked about the hotel was the location and the convenience of having on-site parking (available for an additional fee).

Although the building has a great location and itself is beautiful, the room felt soulless and hastily put together, with little attention to detail or comfort. Bathroom is in urgent need of renovation.

Wonderful stay in Como, quite peaceful and a very clean large room for a fantastic rest! the staff were very accommodating with check in and check out, we were able to store our bags and see more the morning of check out.

Great location right is the centre of the shops, bars and cafes, 5min walk to the lake. Easy 10min walk from train station. Very basic room with good air conditioning.

The wifi is one of worst I’ve had in Europe over the last 4 mths which is unacceptable especially given the high price tag, also no fridge. Wooden shutters on windows are very old and have huge gaps letting in light needs blockout curtain or blind. Fridge is basic necessity these days

Excellent, friendly, clean,

The hotel was really good. We spent one night and from the moment we entered the hotel, everyone was very kind. They speak excellent English, because we don't know Italian. Breakfast was great, very friendly staff. It looks like you had travelled to the past, to some ancient times, everything is very authentic. :) All recommendations and would come back again.
