A very nice stay in Como.

I was there only 2 nights for watching football and exploring the city a bit. The location is perfect, it’s literally in front of the stadium, also is nearby a big supermarket and close by the train station. The people in the hotel are very friendly.

In my room it was sadly that the warm water didn’t work for the shower, but it worked perfectly fine for the bathroom sink. Other than that, no problem at all. I didn’t really asked about the water since I was only at the hotel at nights.

Air Conditioning was on in room, but did not cool

Staff were all very nice except for grumpy lady at check-in. We paid for breakfast but had to leave very early because of train strike on previous day. They were nice enough to pack us a bag of yogurt and snacks that was waiting for us when we came down to leave. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning never cooled the room down and there was a fire escape next to our 4th floor window that someone could have crawled through in the night, as we had to leave it open because if how hot the room was. I'm getting very tired of hotels advertising ac, but having it off for everyone because the hotel owner/staff thinks it's not hot enough for ac. Was sweaty and itchy all night from the heat, and I think I woke up almost every hour.

Very happy with my stay overall.

The room had what I needed with a very good optional breakfast and was close enough to the lovely lake and town centre.

Could hear busy road nearby but that's hard to fix. Otherwise no complaints.

All the staff are so good and helpful. There's a reading corner next to the reception for you to spend time in bad weather.

For Como exploring

Good location . Probably the best choice for money and everything what u need for short term stays I assume. They can recommend where to eat. Shop24/7 is closer. and everything is nearby - lake, centre, railway station 10 min.

its location, AC is working good, some stuff are very helpful - breakfast was okay (The pastries were nice), quite location, nice beds - convent as here is a supermarket on the corner.

Bad experience!!! Would not recommend.

Location - close to train station.

The room 101 was horrible … in the basement - view of a tiny court/ cement walls … We booked a room with a city view months ahead for our Italy vacation … and we could not believe what they offered us … We were not booking in the last minute to get their worst, creepy room!!! I strongly believe they should not offer this room at all ( or if they do the guest should know what they get and be Ok with it …. maybe at a discounted price ???). The staff did not care … did not offer any good explanation why would we get such room when we made reservation months ahead. Also - the shower was placed in a corner with no base; the two folding doors did not keep the water from spreading all over the bathroom… this room seems to be set up for hotel workers …

Charming hotel in como!

The property is super clean and safe! It’s a very standard hotel (as someone who lives in North America) so it was nice in that we could keep our luggages there, they had 24/7 reception, a breakfast bar, etc. and it was close to the waterfront! Como is so beautiful and stunning so this was a great location to be based out of.

A nice place to stay, a 10min walk from the center, parking nearby (~12euro/day), good breakfast, a small but comfortable room, and a buffet breakfast. very friendly staff. Park nearby.

Great location, Lake Como is realy close by. Room and bathroom were clean. In the room is aricondition. We pay extra 15 euro per person for breakfast. Breakfast was great, we choose our favorite food.
