    Lovely run place by amazing friendly people who tries to keep the place decent and relatively clean. However, the photos indicate a fresh modern place but this is more a little tired and random furniture with cracks all over. The sheets were clean though so that’s important! Overall decent value considering the price but the actual rooms could be a bit more honest.

    This hotel is in a wonderful location just a 2 minute walk from the station. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a beautiful room overlooking the lake. We loved the little extras that made this hotel special. Complimentary snacks and drinks, chill out lounges plus luxurious Ritual lotions. We'll definitely be returning.

    Though the rooms feel run down, the staff are are wonderful. Very helpful. The options to obtain free water, coffee and fresh fruit gave it a personal touch. The hotel location is excellent. Easy access to old town, restaurants and Funicolare.

    It’s very close to the area, the rooms are very clean, and the manager was very friendly and helpful.
