Clean, Nice and helpful staff

Central location, easy to reach. All new designed and functional. Space and with good air conditioning. Pretty outside terrace to chill (when it is not 40 degrees Celsius).

A lot of traffic and noise on Saturday night all around the building, not exactly compatible with a holiday destination. Perhaps better in mid week even if I doubt it. A small detail in the apartment 6 need fixing, the door of the fridge.

The apartment is very spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is conveniently situated near the train station, ferry dock, and several bus stops for buses going all around lake Como, so doing day trips from this apartment is very easy. Several restaurants and coffe places are nearby for a quick drink and/or meal. The air conditioning works splendidly and it saved us during the recent heat wave, as it made sleeping pleasant. The bed is very big and comfortable! If you rotate in bed often, the other person will not feel it. However, if you are a very light sleeper like me, note that there is some noise coming from the street below, as the traffic is lively, but the isolation on the windows is still very good so it shouldn't bother a normal sleeper :). I still used earplugs, so I slept like a baby. Nevertheless, I would absolutely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

We stayed for three nights and would have appreciated if the towels were changed at least once during that period. Also, the TV in the bedroom could be a bit bigger, so it's easier to watch. These facts didn't negatively impact our stay, it is just a suggestion. As I've written above, I would gladly stay here again.
