Lovely

I absolutely loved this place. The décor is beautiful, and the location—right in front of the cathedral—is simply superb.

The only complaint (courtesy of my British friend 🤣) was the lack of proper teacups. Apparently, that’s a serious matter. Also, there’s no parking. If you’re not Italian and planning to drive to the hotel, be aware that you can’t park in the city center unless you have prior authorization from the city’s official website.

Beat all expectations

Our booking was automatically cancelled due to a credit card error so we were forced to rebook at the last minute. The price now was a little bit higher for a lower category room, but the hotel graciously upgraded us to our original booked room. The design is cool, the location is outstanding and the service and cleanliness is A+.

The location is in a pedestrian zone so we had to drag our luggage about 100m to the car zone.

Amazing room!! Full of such character, like nothing we have seen before. Extremely clean, daily housekeeping and contained all the ammenities one would need. Excellent location right on the Cathedrals door step. Would highly recommend!!!

A Gem nestled in The Heart of The Eternal City

The property has the best location and the most phenomenal staff. You’re so close to so many great restaurants and a walk away from many famous sites. The breakfast was delicious and they have some of the best hot chocolate I have ever had.

Location is excellent, walking distance to many sights. Room and bathrooms are very spacious.

Wish there will be closet in the room and a place to store suite cases. Have to carry the luggage awhile as no cars could enter the old center due to christmas markets. Bathrooms can be more intimate without the glass walls.

What an amazing property!

Wow! This has to be one of the best presented and cleanest properties we've ever stayed at. From the front door, entrance, staircase, elevator and rooms, everything had a Wow factor. The attention to detail, co-ordination, sympathetic restoration, design and character were all absolutely outstanding!

Our stay was way too short! Would love to go back and experience some of the other unique suites.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Como

Great boutique hotel in an excellent location, right in front of the Duomo. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with nice exposed beams. The rooms at the front of the building have wonderful views onto the Duomo. Ours was at the back of the building and was a little dark, but very quiet. The bed was big and comfy, with good quality linen. Unique and interesting decor. No breakfast but there are so many restaurants and coffee shops around that it wasn't a problem.

The room, the Romantica, was really impractical. It was a decent size, yet there was no table or desk to put our stuff on, no chair, no drawers or shelves for clothes and just a few hangers in a tiny corner. We had to leave our clothes in the suitcases, and everything had to be on the floor: tablet and laptop, purse, water bottles (the bedside tables were tiny too). We stayed only for 2 nights so it wasn't the end of the world, but for a longer stay it would have been really inconvenient. Also, this is the only hotel we stayed at during our trip that didn't offer complimentary water bottles. Some conditioner and body lotion would have been nice too.

Nice boutique option with a great location

The location of this hotel is great, very central and easy to get around. Our room was quite large and had a very comfortable bed.

It would be nice if the hotel supplied robes and slippers and a bit of extra coffee to have in the mornings as there is no restaurant or food service.

The location is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and modern. Lovely staff.

The only problem was that taxis cannot drop off or pick up in front of the hotel. The taxi drop off/pick up is about 2 blocks away. If you have a lot of luggage it can be annoying.

Magnificent Duomo Views

Excellent service — ease of booking, superior communication, and upon our arrival — a serendipitous meeting of Alberto and helpful coordination with Svetlana, every interaction was great. Second to none location, comfortably furnished, spacious and quiet.

We like to sleep in very cool temperatures and the AC worked, but took a long time to cool the space. Not a dislike, just a comment that we would have preferred for it to be cooler. That said, we highly recommend & would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay

The location is excellent and the size of the apartment was wonderful, especially for a langer stay like we had. It was always nice and quiet, with no loud neighbours that could potentially cause a disturbance

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. One small point of feedback; during the warmer weather, we found that the air-conditioning was not quite sufficient to keep the apartment fully cool. A unit with a bit more capacity could work better in the future

Fun, quirky rooms in perfect spot to explore Como

Quirky, modern, spacious, quiet room in great central location. An ideal place to explore Como and to escape the town and cool down on a v hot day. Staff were very friendly and it was no problem to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out.

Only downside was it had no hotel lounge area, facilities or toilets to use once we checked out and before we left for the airport.

Amazing, luxurious stay

Stayed in the Stripes room and it was amazing! Spacious, nicely decorated, clean and two balconies with views of the Catherdral. The location couldn't be any better. 2 out of 3 of the staff we encountered were lovely

Great location & very nice, clean spacious rooms!

Loved this hotel. The location was great, the shower/steam in the jungle suite was amazing and the room was spacious and had everything you needed.

When we asked for a restaurant recommendations, they sent a list of about 50 restaurants. It took a long time to go through that list. It would’ve been nice if they would have asked what we were looking for and narrowed it down for us. One of the restaurants we asked them to make a reservation at they said that the restaurant was closed and maybe they were on vacation. I went ahead and emailed the restaurant directly and they sent me a message back and got us in the next day. The hotel staff did a good job with booking cars for us, but if you’re looking for a concierge that will help with dining, activities and planning your stay, I wouldn’t expect much. Everyone was very nice but we had to research (especially ferries) on our own.

Perfect all around

This hotel was amazing, right in front of the Duomo, 2 blocks to the lake. The room was very nice , clean, and new. Pedro at the front desk was the best. A little hard to find but once you’re there, it’s just right.

Fabulous characterful room, in a dynamite location

Stunning location. Great neighbourhood, lovely spot for breakfast right by the front door, sitting in front of the cathedral. Cool room design with a lot of character.

No room service (AFAIK), but you have so much opportunity on your doorstep, so this didn't matter for us. Digital front door key needs a complicated PIN code which is hard to remember - a physical key/key card would have been easier.

Great value and wonderful stay!

Very modern and spacious, comfy bed, lift for easy access with luggage to all floors. Location is brilliant, but you can't hear the outside. Staff were very helpful, especially Pedro! They also let us check in early to avoid having to store our cases which was very appreciated. A great stay for couples like us.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel! The staff, the location, everything was perfect. We stayed in the Jungle Room, and our friends stayed in the Romantica (smaller of the 2 but fantastic). I would definitely stay here again! The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved my stay and my only regret was not having more nights there! The property is beyond phenomenal, the decor is mesmerising with the finest details covered. The staff were amazing too, so friendly, welcoming and helpful! I can’t wait to revisit.

Fantastic stay!

Amazing room! We booked two rooms. Both were great. My plan was too book the Jungle room for 2 nights, but it was already occupied for our first night. So I booked two different rooms. It was very easy too switch rooms the next day. The staff even moved our lugage to the second room and sent me a text to let me know. The Jungle room (room 5) was totally what I expected! Also the steam bath which is included in the shower was absolutely great! The building has a fantastic location! In the middle of oldtown, just were the Duomo is. No breakfast included as they don't have a restaurant. But there are plenty of options nearby. We loved the restaurant Babi Como for breakfast/brunch. It's unique, yummie and only 2 minutes away by feet. An other must try is the restaurant Feel Como if you're looking for a fancy dinner.
