It was totally overpriced, not a good value for money,I wouldn’t go back to that hotel.

Location

The room was much smaller as in the photo. There’s no parking available, we had to leave the car in the side street on our risk. Breakfast is poor and overpriced. Some staff had an attitude, especially when we said we will not have breakfast in the hotel.

The shower unit is no good. After a shower, the leaking water around the bathroom.The breakfast only provided very basic food but no hot food

Convenient location. Easy walk to everything. Clean and efficient. Breakfast available for €15 if you book the day ahead.

Elevator is tiny but we mostly used stairs for exercise.

Friendly staff..Modern rooms built into an aincent building which are architecturally interesting. Comfortable large bed.. well appointed bathroom.The building has a lift.Cafes and restaurants are nearby and Hotel is close to the train station and lake.

Wifi in our room was incredibly weak.Our bed cover was very stained. But im sure it was replaced after I mentioned it on way out. Can hear the trains at night.

Ok. Good location and decent value for money

WiFi was terrible, signal kept dropping out and no consistent connection. No significant difference with superior rooms compared to standard rooms. Standard rooms were much quieter and as they were at the back of the property. Breakfast was ok and not a huge selection of food or drinks

Good hotel, but no parking

The property is recently renovated and nice.

There is no parking although the information says that there is, as well as their confirmation email. The public parking was over a kilometer away and was twice as much as what was told to us.

Modern Hotel that just falls short of its potential.

Modern renovated hotel with good facilities. Drinking glasses in the room and air that actually worked when set at 16 degrees C would be good.

Parking is horrible. They kept saying you park on street but not once the 3 days we were there. Had to walk 1.,5 is to car and back. The shower, whilst a large rainfall style, floods the bathroom and turn it into a skating rink.

The PERFECT place to stay in Como!

This lovely boutique hotel was on a quaint street just outside the main city center and very close to the San Giocomo train station. I was a bit concerned that it wasn't going to be as good as the pictures, but instead, it exceeded my expectation from the size of the room, the bathroom, the comfort of the bed/pillows and the unique experience. Wendy who checked us in was amazingly helpful, Luca was there each night to greet us after dinner and helped us print some tickets to an event we were attending, and Laura was there every morning with an amazing smile and happily got us our espresso and breakfast.

There was nothing that I didn't like at this hotel. It exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
