Loaction and hotel hold a special place in my heart - my husband passed and we loved Como

Room and view was nice. Room was quite small

l just fell at reception were negative when asked a question. l did not find them to be so helpful everything l had planned they sais it will take a while and be expesive in a taxi which was not what concerned me. for example to wall to Cernobbio town they said it was a 40 minute walk where is was only 20 minutes.

Location was great, wonderful views and not close to Como town but walkable and only 3 mins away from a ferry stop. Onsite parking. Fantastic restaurant. Very good breakfast selection.

Charming but a bit overpriced

Nice wiew to the lake almost from everywhere, great kitchen (both breakfast and dinner), beautiful garden, charming atmosphere, helpful and kind staff...

Rooms' A/Cs are extreme loud even in silent mode (impossible to sleep when it's on), small rooms and bathrooms on this price category, certain parts of the hotel are too loud due to the road wich is very next to the building, limited size of parking spots...

Staying at Villa Flori was an incredible experience , we absolutely loved the breathtaking views and the serene atmosphere. Mattia is truly exceptional warm, kind, and incredibly hospitable. He went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable.

Our stay was amazing, the staff is friendly and will surely visit again.

The view is exceptional as it is directly located on the lake. The location is good as it is walking distance from the centre (about 25 minutes walk) but you can also catch a bus which stops 4 minutes away. There is also a ferry stop (Tavernola) which is 2 minutes walking distance and it is really convenient if you wish to visit other villages on the lake. This stop is for the slow ferry only but it is a great choice if you are on holiday and want to cruise up the lake. The lounge bar in the hotel is also great if you want to just relax in the evening.

Staff were extremely welcoming and willing to assist with anything! The breakfast spread was magical, as was our meal at Ristorante Raimondi, with wonderful hospitality. It felt like we received the royal treatment throughout this very special stay!

Outstanding. We have stayed in some amazing hotels, but this is one we will never forget.

The hotel and the staff are fabulous! What a view! Every room appears to be on the lake side of the hotel, and has a balcony with a small table and folding chairs. Rooms on the smaller side, but impeccably clean with quality linen. Cleaned daily. Easy walking distance into Como (through the park of Villa Olmo) or Cernobbio in the other direction. Bar menu limited, buffet breakfast was lovely, but eating breakfast or lunch on the terrace was always a memorable experience. Food is excellent but the staff and service were always outstanding.

Very beautiful hotel and bad dinner restaurant

Very beautiful hotel and nicely decorated rooms, everything looks new. The lake view in the room is great! Big balcony. Breakfast is good, many choices and sit by the lake to have breakfast. Villa Olmo is near by, only around 10-15 mins by walk, it's really worth a visit!

The food in the restaurant is bad and expensive, I was charged 30 euro for very dry fried fish and very salty fried vegetables. The waiter is not patient and not willing to explain menu to me. Don't recommend to eat here unless you only after good atmosphere.

very small tv and no channels we can use. only news channel in English. the hotel is too pricey for what offers for leisure. it’s worth for the view but we stayed in another place more friendly, nicer and much cheaper 😡
