Beautiful, modern villa

The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. Comfortable bed, nice garden. Gabriele has such a positive vibe and was very helpful

Nice room, not worth the price

Big room, big bathroom, lots of parking.

The location wasn’t good- in the middle of industrial area. When we arrived no one welcomed us, no service at all during the stay. The breakfast was just a basket full of sweets, no eggs or vegetables. The price is way too high for what you get.

Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights near Como

The rooms are spacious and clean. A breakfast basket was still available for us, even though we had not included it with our room. Nice garden and seating area. Location close to Como. Safe parking with a gate that closes at night.

It’s very comfortable, cosy and friendly. The staff were amazing and helpful. The place is modern and stylish. The room is big enough not to mention the bathroom. The location is great. There are lots of bus stops nearby. Easy to get to the city.

We really liked the location and facilities here. We drove to Como and stayed at this place – they have their own secure car park, which was a big plus for peace of mind. Another thing that stood out was how easy it was to communicate with them – they were happy to chat via WhatsApp, which made things so much easier as a foreign traveller. The location might seem a bit tucked away in a quiet residential area, but don’t be fooled – it’s actually really convenient. There are two bus stops nearby that can take you around the lake to different villages, and buses in Italy are surprisingly punctual and affordable.

The metal stairs and no kettle were the only little things. The stairs looked cool and fit the vibe, but they were pretty noisy – probably not in every room, but in ours, you definitely couldn’t sneak down quietly. Let’s be real, you don’t need to make a big announcement just to nip to the loo, right? Might be worth swapping them out for something quieter. Also, would’ve been nice to have a kettle for a quick cup of tea.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Era tutto perfetto: ambiente pulitissimo, ordinato e curato nei dettagli. Gabriele è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile, rispondeva subito a qualsiasi necessità o domanda, facendoci sentire accolti e seguiti per tutto il soggiorno. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura e ci torneremmo molto volentieri!

Posto bellissimo, colazione molto buona e simpatica con il cestino. Camera ampia e con una bella vista. Staff gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione.

Da persona freddolosissima farei solo in modo che l'acqua della doccia raggiungesse temperature più alte, specialmente utile per chi visita durante l'inverno per riscaldarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Per il resto tutto ok :)

Etablissement moderne, plein de charme, on se sent très à l'aise rapidement. Décoration épurée et élégante. Chambre spacieuse, literie très confortable. Personnel à l'écoute et très réactif, je remercie personnellement Gabriele. Le PDJ est délicieux et gourmand. Lieu très bien desservi par les transports en commun, permet de rejoindre le lac en 20 minutes. Les restaurants suggérés ont été de vraies belles surprises proche du logement, c'était top !

Accueil hyper sympa. Lieu très joli avec gazon, parking privé. Chambres grandes. Petit déjeuner original, servi dans un panier. Nous avons même pu mettre nos vélo dans un local fermé.

Modern, Sauber, Personal mega freundlich, gute Lage

Zum teil ein wenig hellhörig. Der 1 Tag war super Am 2 Tag war neben uns eine Familie mit zwei Kinder und man hörte das die Kinder alles machen konnten. Sie waren sehr laut. Evtl. Familien alle im gleichen „Block“ setzten.

Das Frühstück ist eine Enttäuschung bei dem Preis. Es ist alles Rationiert und bietet keinerlei Flexibilität. Selbst ein zweiter kleiner Butter wurde abgelehnt. Sehr schade.

Lieu parfait pour un séjour à Côme

Tout! Très beau, atypique, cosy. Le garçon très gentil, bienveillant et toujours à l’écoute qui devance même notre venue. Tout est connecté mais très bien expliqué. Parfait avec dès chiens. C’est vraiment comme sur les photos. Très bonne literie.

Séjour de 5 nuits pour rayonner dans la région

L’emplacement très près des arrêts de bus pour le lac de Côme. Proche de la gare. Les chambres sont très belles et très grandes. La climatisation est silencieuse pour la nuit. Les extérieurs de la villa sont superbes. Il est pratique de n’avoir aucune clé (application online). Un grand parking gratuit et sécurisé. Le petit déjeuner dans son panier en osier est excellent. Le responsable de la villa est très accueillant et disponible pour nous conseiller.

Das Bett war das Bequemste, welches wir je hatten. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und Gabriele ist absolut fürsorglich und wahnsinnig lieb.
