Quiet location in center of Como

Quiet location in center of Como, all the restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 9 min walk to the railway station. I’m staying second time here. Donato is super host, very helpful anytime of the day. Coffee machine, kettle, room was warm (February), bed comfy, beautiful garden view.

Great place to stay

Absolutely great choice for the money: very central location, but not noizy. Room is big, bed and pillows are comfortable. Good quality linens and towels that is very important for me. Good breakfast in a next-door cafe, served by menu that is a huge advantage for me personally. And super friendly and helpful staff, always in touch for any questions. Highly recommend!

The only thing I would slightly improve is check out-time. 10 am is a bit early for those who prefer to sleep longer in the morning

Central location, quiet, clean, cosy, easy check-in and full instruction about facilities in the room and by WhatsApp. Free tea/coffee in the room, coffee machine. Kettle and big size mugs ! for me is important- I’m a tea person! comfortable bed!

Every thing, the staff were so nice, OANA in reciption was so nice, professional and smiling. Location is very good, about 10 mints walk from any thing. I liked that they provide espresso machine in the room, tea and coffee

Only one thing, we were putting DND,(they have closed sign) but someone removed it and entered the room and cleaned it, although we didn’t like that to happen.

Most forgettable stay ! Zero value for what we paid .

Location of the property is excellent .

Many things . Our room was 2 flights up and we had to carry and bring down our luggage. WI-FI did not work in our room. Hotel has breakfast tie up with 3 cafés nearby . One did not honour the coupon on one day and another did not open ! For the price one paid, had all these details been known I would never have booked this place . On one night we got locked out… no fault of ours… had to wait for 45 minutes till the staff came and helped open the gate. Very very bad experience.

The breakfast was horrible… they give you a voucher to go to a cafe and the cafes there offer you nothing… you have to choose for example between a really bad focaccia with two slices of cheese and two slices of prosciutto and a sweet croissant.. either a savory or a sweet.. and just one coffe … and you could choose either water or juice or else you’d be charged… that’s a SCAM for saying “Brekfast included”… Lidl would’ve been better….

There are no lifts to take our luggage, we had to take them up on the stairs, & they were heavy, but the owner was sooo helpful & carried the luggage up the stairs all by himself 😊

Very well located, very big room and very nice people trying to make you happy, sending lots of emails with very useful information about your stay and what to do in Como.

We missed a simple table where to sit at. Minibar only had 1 beer, 2 water and 1 lemonade but they were hot… At 6:30 I woke up because of the light. It was impossible to close the shutters or maybe too early to understand how to do it. All these things may look superficial, but for me when I pay over 200€ a night I have more expectations.

I was very surprised that there was a door in the corner of the bedroom with the neighbors behind it. It was not a soundproof door. You could hear the NOISE from the next room. It was not even the level of the interconnecting room. Too strange and abnormal. Otherwise a very good place in Como

Too expensive, not worth the money.

The room is very nice and pretty. The bed is comfortable. The staff was kind. Nicely located, can't be accessed by car.

It's too expensive for what it is. We could hear people in the other rooms (cough, talk). The worst part by far was the breakfast. For such an expensive room, I literally only had a croissant (not good) and a tea. I'll never come back. It's not worth it.

Beautiful property in city center. Located in a quiet gated courtyard. Liked the keyless entry and felt very safe. Breakfast at cafe next door was delicious. Very helpful and friendly staff.

No onsite parking but staff was able to help us find a parking garage about a 10 minute walk from the property. Just for reference , it cost us about 30 euro for overnight parking.
