Beautiful Boutique Hotel. We were a family of four on holiday with two children so I wanted two rooms near each other. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and arranged this for us (through messages on booking.com) even though the initial rooms I booked were not together. The rooms (suites actually) didn’t disappoint: the Duplex & Sloane suites were amazing: very clean, very comfortable and very spacious. They were also interconnecting which was what I wanted. The hotel staff during our stay were polite, friendly and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Lake Como.

The property is In the very centre of Como city, safe, inside the hidden courtyard, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Room is clean, comfortable and with nice design

The location is in the center, two parking locations is near, the lake is 10 min walk away. restaurants,cafes, grocery stores are 5 min walk from the stay as well.
No privacy, you could literally listen to the others. Air conditioning is not working properly. theres space to park but they don’t allow you. Nothing like what i saw in the pictures
