Amazing stay

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, many choices and food in general was high quality. Staff was amazing, always helpful. Rooms were perfectly clean, spa was spacious, cozy with healthy snacks and drinks. There is a supermarket nearby many caffes, restaurants and bus stops around.

Good place to relax!

Rooms were very clean, well organised and comfy. Facilities were good. Nice staff!

Hotel asked us for 200Euros as deposit in check in and it was pretty strange. They did not accept equivalent USD and As we did not have enough cash euros and to avoid international transaction card fees the Asian lady in the desk accepted 100 euros in cash, thanks for her. For using the spa you have to book it in advance and there was a limit of 90minute per day, one time and could not be split. Families with kids can only use the spa fro 9-12 am

Price, not sure it was worth the price compared to other recent stays. Room next to us was very noisy from 7am on a Sunday morning, at checkout I wanted to say something but the receptionist did not ask how was the stay.

Not bad but wasn’t worth the money.

Good location

Room wasn’t ready at 3pm. We waited 20 minutes. The room heater was on 27 degrees which couldn’t be turned off and had to be turned off by the reception and next morning went on 27 degrees again. The garage drive in is very narrow. After 1 day of check out my bill and credit card deposit charge still hasn’t arrived.

5-star service in a 4-star hotel

Amazing stay! The staff was great, everyone was super nice and helpful during our whole stay. Special thanks for the nice birthday amenities in our room! The whole hotel service was above and beyond and even had higher standards than some of the 5-star hotels! We will definitely come back!

Fantastic hotel and location

Clean and welcoming. Beautiful room, professional, helpful and informative staff , lovely gardens , plenty sun loungers and brilliant breakfast . The location is very close to ferry ports to all parts of lake Como and a beautiful walk by the lake to Como. There are also lovely restaurants nearby , a great super market and lovely shops . Overall highly recommended.

4* hotel is a fair assessment. Quite a few areas for improvement but still a nice hotel and enjoyable trip!

V clean and pretty decent service. Allowed us a late check out with our baby at no extra cost and staff were helpful organising things.

Nowhere to have breakfast outside - only the indoor restaurant on the first floor. Gym facilities are fairly minimal. Food by the pool is average and quite overpriced

Perfect Hotel in Lake Como

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Firstly all the staff are a credit to the hotel very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was perfect, the spa was perfect, the gym was good, the breakfast was great with lots of options and the location is great with the Tavernola Ferry Terminal a 4 minute walk from the hotel and Cernobbio around a 15 minute walk. The pool was set in amazing gardens with the mountains providing the perfect backdrop. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable with pool view ; the spa was excellent pool and Jacuzzi .. clean .. good side drinks and condement . the terraces and gardens were beautiful with good service.

Beautiful pool area and terrace. Fantastic, helpful staff. The Kitchen, a Michelin starred restaurant, has an incredible tasting menu with wine pairing. I will definitely return.

Good responsible manager

Special thanks to Giulio Bertoldi, the Resident Manager. We called earlier to book a table at the Michelin star’s restaurant, Kitchen Restaurant and the person over the telephone confirmed our reservation. Upon checking in, we discovered to our horror that no reservation was made. After we were told it was fully booked, we had no choice but to walk in the rain to another restaurant nearby. Giulio who was informed by the restaurant’s staff, came quickly to apologize and offered us a discount at the restaurant. We are very pleased with his response as a manager to try rectify such an unpleasant situation.

The hotel is quite old but room is clean. The supervisor at Kitchen Restaurant was so eager to serve his regular customer behind us, that he left us waiting for a table and didn’t come back with any answer. Finally a waiter came and told us the restaurant was fully booked.
