The villa is beautiful filled with rustic and modern design. A very large outdoor area makes your stay feel quite private and relaxing. We loved our double room, is was very spacious. The restaurant serves delicious local dishes - we tried most pasta dishes on the menu and the deserts are to die for!
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and are looking forward to come back. Just a few small bits to note: we had a few ants in our room - perhaps some repellents could be placed near the doors. The plug sockets were a little confusing and we couldn’t get the hair dryer to work; even though we enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, we weren’t able to order multiple items from the lunch menu; the garden maintenance and cleaning of the property was sometimes impeding our relaxation time a little.

Fantastic old buildings, renovated with respect but with a modern touch, avoiding making it a museum.
Calm and relating atmosphere.
Super nice and service minded staf.
Great restaurant (Arabelle) - there has according to the staff been a lot of changes following a number of negative reviews, and we got really good food at a reasonable price, served by very attentive waiters.
Also the breakfast was great.
