It was a great experience the hotel is new the room is amazing and the staff is helpful and kind. The breakfast was so great it was amazingly fresh and it was made at the spot. We will definitely return to this hotel once again. Great place if you come to Como or the area next with car

Marvelous stay with shuttle to Como

Not in the city center but it made the stay quiet, and also there is an on demand shuttle service to the center of Como. Rooms are bigger than usual, design is fresh, cleanliness on the highest level, amazingly comfortable beds&pillows. It felt safe, cozy, welcoming. Staff is precious, helped us with everything we needed and some extras 💙 Good restaurant with decent breakfast menu. Scramble with bacon was excellent.

Just as note for the upcoming gust on this Resort Entrance signboard was not clear at Muserati showroom. However I appreciate Mr. Francesco (Resort director) he notified me with message earlier and meets me at the entrance. Thx As well there was no kids club..

Disappointing.

Good room and air con; pleasant grounds and pool; nice helpful staff.

Extremely load music blared out over the whole campus from 10.30 am onwards, despite the hotels own website describing it as peaceful. Really spoiled our stay. Couldn't even converse with the restaurant staff when ordering. Room not cleaned until at least 3pm. Despite it's name, no view of the hills.

If you are part of this private club it“s great. As a hotel guest paying 500€ a night, being second choice is not fair.

Great restaurant and food (upper level) Clean, very modern facilities. Quiet if you keep the doors and windows closed, otherwise noise from the pool bar until late at night. Private sports club with excellent facilities. Excellent and friendly service. Secure parking (18€/night)

Very clearly: This is an up market private sports club (nothing against that). the members own the space. so if there is a private kids party, until they leave (7pm our time) there are 10 kids in the (beautiful) pool, blowing repeatedly into whistles, jumping into the water from all sides and no room for other guests to enjoy the beautiful facilities. the pool bar was full with noisy music and screaming parents kicking footballs across the awesome pool (though luck when you want to enjoy the sunbeds and they obviously know you are there… too bad for you). from 8pm on the members keep coming in with their young kids. they sit @ the bar drinking, kids are playing, screaming and running on the lawn. we tried to keep the windows open until 11.30 pm but then gave up. in my view club members should either respect that there are other people around and behave accordingly, or the the hotel should not rent out rooms to the public.

I booked this stay based on the design. The staff were all really lovely The design of the hotel is great It was so quiet. We didn't hear anything not a door slam or any noise at all The breakfast and dinner were excellent

The only negative was the location which was further away from lake Como than it looked on the map so we had to get a shuttle backwards and forwards

The rooms were a highlight in themselves: spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished with an eye for both comfort and style. I loved the clean, minimalist design paired with cozy touches—plus, everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What sets this hotel apart are its amenities. With 11 padel courts, both indoor and outdoor, it’s a dream for sports lovers. The pool was equally impressive—clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was excellent, offering beverages, fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options. They offered us a free ride to the nearby train station, which was a thoughtful extra that made local travel effortless. In short, Como Hills Hotel goes above and beyond in every way, whether you're here for leisure, sports, or a mix of both. I couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to return.

Not located in the hills, perfect for tennis players

Clean and new. It has a pool but it’s only open from May 1st.

It says hills but the hotel is located behind a car dealership and does not have nice views. Very disappointing. It’s a sports complex mainly for tennis etc.

ארוחת בוקר רק על פי הזמנה מהתפריט, לי אישית היה חסר מעט, חייבו אותנו על קפסולות אספרסו בחדר ( לא קרה לי אף פעם), הניווט עם וויז מוביל למקום אחר כ- 200 מטר מהמלון ויש מעט קושי לאתר את המלון עצמו ( ממוקם מעט בעומק הרחוב)
