    If you like Mid Century Architecture, this is your hotel. It has been kept in impeccable shape. A few finishes could be improved, but overall the view and locations is everything.

    Great location to train, and ferry. All within walking distance, including funicular to Brunate

    We stayed for one night in this hotel. The view from the room with the lake view is great and the location is very good, in the city center. However, we would not stay again in this hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, there is no gym, and when we arrived the hotel parking was full. We were redirected to a paying parking in the city in the middle of the night. After 16h of travel, it dodn't feel great at all. The breakfast was ok, but some items, like mozzarella, would not be refilled once the tray was empty. Overall, it is much too expensive for what it offers. I will choose something else next time.
