Great location to train, and ferry. All within walking distance, including funicular to Brunate

We were upgraded to a lake view room and it may be one of the best views in Como.
The check in process was very quick and efficient and the front desk staff (Valentina) was very kind and recommended many things we could do during our stay.
I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for one night in this hotel. The view from the room with the lake view is great and the location is very good, in the city center. However, we would not stay again in this hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, there is no gym, and when we arrived the hotel parking was full. We were redirected to a paying parking in the city in the middle of the night. After 16h of travel, it dodn't feel great at all. The breakfast was ok, but some items, like mozzarella, would not be refilled once
the tray was empty. Overall, it is much too expensive for what it offers. I will choose something else next time.
