Interesting experience a short distance from Como

We arrived late, but there was staff there to welcome us. The location is a little rural, not quite what we expected. The hotel is small and quite modern in some ways inside and felt out of place with its surroundings. That made for an interesting experience, for sure. The hotel is inside a locked gate which felt secure. Parking was both in an underground parking garage and overground area, and spaces were more than enough. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was a good size with a little balcony to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Clearly the area is being developed with new buildings nearby, but no actual building activity. Breakfast was enough for us, and staff were quick to replenish anything running out. The breakfast area was small, but you could also eat outside. It was a few minutes away from Como but the roads weren't too bad. We managed to explore quite a lot of the lake area by car using the hotel as a base so, location-wise, it was fine.

Sound insulation was lacking effectiveness and we could hear conversations and the occasional amorous squeals coming from other rooms (difficult to explain to our young child...). We didn't particularly like the door lock and notification system. Nothing wrong with it but it made a loud noise when it unlocked the door and the "do not disturb" sign was built-in to that entrance panel and wouldn't stay on while we were out and about (only if we were in the room).

Don’t expect much from the breakfastb either. Overall, I was quite disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it.

When we entered the room, we were greeted by a lizard. There were also a couple of bugs, and the room wasn’t very clean. While lying in bed, I found myself eye to eye with a spider web above me — very unpleasant. I couldn’t sleep at all due to the mosquitoes. The room door opens directly to the garden, and unfortunately, there’s no screen door to keep the bugs and insects out, which is a big drawback. The ongoing construction in the area made the place feel unsafe. We tried to air out the room and lock the door before sleeping, but I still woke up feeling exhausted and unhappy. The showerhead doesn’t stay in place, and there’s no hook or rack to hang the towel, so it keeps falling on the floor. Don’t expect much from the breakfastb either. Overall, I was quite disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it.

Clean and nice accomodation if you travel by car it is perfect. Breakfast is good. Quite and exactly match money and value.

Great breakfast, very nice staff.

Part of the hotel is still being built. The design of the surroundings is nice, especially during summer months, but since it is not finished yet, this impacts the overall experience. Unfortunately the quality of the built is not so good, although quite new, some items do not function properly.

We Were offered Glass Prosecco on arrival and the Staf kind and friend

The complex is not finished yet there are still rooms to be built. It’s okay for one day trip or two but if you wanna stay and spend some time in the complex it will be hard and unenjoyable.

The location gives me calm, and relaxation. It's a good place for rest no thinking.

It's a must to equip for bus garages. We moved our languages in the rain. We are OK to cover such activities. However, hotels should take into account that for older people such situations can be very uncomfortable and difficult to deal with.

Room was clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable. Nice space on the balcony and very friendly staff. Breakfast was okay on the choice and good for the quantity

Unfortunately our air conditioning didn't cool the room, kettle was not working and most disappointing the mini fridge was a disaster, not even started.

Disappointing stay, far from central Como.

We were happy they could check us in early. The room was comfortable.

The location was far away from central Como. There was very little in the way of restaurants around us and the location felt very much out of the way. We had to drive 15 minutes and pay for parking to visit central Como. The buildings on both sides around the hotel were under construction so views were unattractive. The front desk personnel weren't friendly. Breakfast was served in a very small area that felt cramped. All in all, very disappointing for the price we paid.

Confortable and very clean place, with friendly staff. Free parking. Good breakfast.

The distance from the hotel to the city centre is about 4.5 km, so you need to travel by car or by bus. I do not recommned to walk, not only because of the distance, but also you because you have to pass some bad neighbourhoods.
