Perfect location, literally 10 minutes to the centre and from the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming in Como

Uncredibly charming hotel with an annex nearby. Modern but with old charm. Great beds, nice shower, not far from the centre of Como. Very nice and helpful man in the reception.

Pictures did not match the room - the pictures showed an apartment with a kitchen, when arriving in the accommodation it was just a room...

Good location

Overall, a nice hotel with a good location, 15 minutes walk from the central station. Beds could be comfier, and the shower wasn’t great. No lift, but that wasn’t a big deal. A mini fridge would’ve been nice. It was ok, nothing too exciting.

Worst night at the lake

We stayed here for one night at the end of our trip. We were kindly welcomed at the nearby hotel where we had to check in, that hotel seemed nice.

It was a bit of a wait before our room was ready. When we got to the room we immediately noticed that it was in worse condition than the pictures. When we got back late from the city, we just wanted to sleep as we had an early flight in the morning, but there were a number of problems. The whole room had dirty walls and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Dirty shower, all full of hairs, water leaking from the shower. Only a half roll of toilet paper. Absolutely no soundproofing. The TV in the room next door is very loud, all the conversations and noise is coming in from the corridor and the rooms next door. Loud noise from the shower in another room as well. Constant buzzing noise, probably from other air conditioners. Bad cigarette smell leaks from the air conditioner. We had wonderful accommodation in a much more popular location near the lake the days before, so we are terribly disappointed to have paid this much for such poor service, we just wanted a peacful night near the train station, but we could hardly sleep.

Our short stay at la fiorita

It was great stay it is close to get ferry to bellagio or other places very close to restaurants and bar it was clean and they have extra bed duvet and cushion Coffee and tea were available Be aware no lift 😭 Staff were helpful as well I am not sure how the prices in the area there but for me it is a bit pricey

Room was comfortable and bathroom very clean and new. The size of both rooms was fine and comfortable. Location was good and easy to get to from station.

Nice size room & bathroom. Great location very close to station, ferry & town. Was very clean would stay again. Easy check in at hotel & staff we encountered were very helpful & pleasant. No issues.

Slight negative there was a dog in one of the rooms for a few days who barked everytime someone entered or left the building day & night.

loving fiorita como

Location was superb, close to the marina and old town, close to both train stations, some fantastic restaurants and a decent sized supermarket. We visited to watch football, the stadium was a 3 minute walk so it was great for that. The access/rooms was simple and check-in/out was also seemless. Really easy to follow instructions.

TV signal was a little patchy.

WE spent a night in Como and found this little hotel just by chance. Its located in a old Italian building, fully and tastefully renovated very clean and conveniently located on a small street. Secure parking is nearby and the town center maybe 10 walking minutes away. A nicht restaurant is just across the street. Breakfast and reception are at the sister hotel maybe 10 meters away. All in all a very pleasant stay for a Family for 1 or a couple of nights

Grear room, great location!

Very clean, modern room. We particularly enjoyed the location: a quiet, nice, old street with an amazing bakery/café close-by (Dolciamo) and with the lake and the old town just a nice walk away. The check in at the nearby hotel worked flawlessly and the staff are very kind and helpful.
