I liked everything about the property and the experience it creates. I have stayed in my places but this one exceeded my expectations by far. Usually owners of these properties are driven by greed. They want to make money without any investment or effort. The result is usually unsatisfying. But not here. I did not meet the owner of this property but I think this person knows the business well. Everything was designed with ultimate care and consideration about the guests. From the good quality sheets in the bedrooms to the arrangement of the breakfast table. I strongly recommend this property. It is lovely and will make you feel good.

Very friendly reception by our host. The apparment was spotlessly clean and well appoointed. The Beds were comfortable and we all god a good nights rest.

Only the kitchen has an AC, it did not really manage to cool the bedrooms as well.

It's OK for one night, or if u take time to make a deep cleaning to fell good during your stay.

Roberto was friendly, he came a bit earlier, cause our ride to the apartment was faster as we thought. Although it's better to tell him the correct time of arrival bevor.

The kitchen was really dirty. Breakfast is unloving.

Exceptional place!

House very clean and comfortable, with a big,clean and complete kitchen. Robert is very friendly, he makes our life easy. Easy parking, easy check-in and check-out. Calm place, good for relax and easy to move. Recommended!

A very pleasant stay with very friendly welcome.

We had two real separate room to our disposal. The children and each their own full-size bed. Overall a very comfortable stay. By car the center of Como could be reached in 10min.

There is no livingroom, but maybe this is too much asking for the price? It is excellent value for the money.

Spacious rooms. Everything was nicely prepared including the baby bed. Quiet location. Friendly host.

Airco was present but only in the kitchen. It was very hot outside the day we were there. Inside the temperature was relatively good (compared to outside). But in the bed rooms, the temperature was still too high to sleep comfortably.

Good value for money near Como

The price is very good for this area (Como). The host was very nice and has already some recommondations for restaurants prepared. We find different bottles of wine and sweets to buy in the kitchen. 3 typs of coffee machine with very good coffee.

For a taller person (>190cm) the shower might be a little bit to short. The bedrooms were a bit dusty with some webs and fluff. But all important surfaces in the kitchen and bath room seemed clean.

Totul a fost excelent !!! Gazda foarte amabila si ospitaliera,locația deosebita!!! Am primit toate informațiile necesare pentru a putea vizita cât mai multe obiective din zona lacului si a orașului Como , Locația foarte bine dotata , este bine pregatita si pentru o ședere de mai multe zile , Foarte aproape de stația de autobuz, Pana in centrul orașului Como cu autobuzul maximum 15 minute. Va mulțumim pt tot !!!

L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso; il bagno enorme dotato sia di doccia che di vasca. Il letto molto comodo e la cucina ben attrezzata. Bello anche lo spazio esterno con un piccolo tavolino. Comodo il fatto di poter parcheggiare di fronte.

Avrei preferito una colazione fatta in casa piuttosto che merendine confezionate. Suggerisco inoltre di dotare la cucina di un paio di forbici e di fare attenzione alla presenza di qualche formica.
