Good location but tired hotel.

Location is great for our stopover. Lots of restaurants nearby and secure parking.

The hotel is dated compared to other newer refurbished IBIS hotels- only one working lift with the other out of order. We don’t mind dogs but we were disturbed during the night by a number of barking dogs staying in the hotel. The breakfast does not offer much variety with mainly packet/tinned foods. Scrambled eggs and small cocktail sausages were cold and other platters like meat and cheese had only a few slices left. Also a broken cafe machine produced a long queue at the remaining working cafe machine. A disappointing start to the day.

Fantastic budget hotel

Have stayed here a few times and it’s never failed us, room was spotless beds comfortable had a good nights sleep, staff very friendly and helpful, evening meal was spot on and plenty of choice for breakfast plenty of parking space

When I am in the area Ibis Como is the place I will stay at again for sure

Actually everything is absolutely perfect especially the staff, each and every one we had encounters with simply fantastic, from reception to Restaurant to cleaning staff simply 👍🏼👍🏼

Exceptionally friendly staff. Couldn't do enough to help. Even with no evening meals available. Let us order from the excellent pizza parlour across the road and provided everything to enjoy that meal.
