Loved the hotel and the location. Will book again when I return to Verona.

Nice hotel in a beautiful piazza.

Only gripe was that my room was in the roof and had only a Velux window, so I could only see the sky. Shame because the piazza outside was stunning. But it’s only a small negative.

Cozy small hotel in the middle of Como

The local is very good. Near the lake and at the center. The room is small but spacious enough for a solo traveler. The building itself is old (which is good as historic place)yet the rooms feel fresh and new. The staff are nice and accommodating. Special shout out to Anna who was always accommodating to my request and gave me a nice loose-leaf tea present on Christmas Day :)

One night in Como

Great location.

The receptionist told me she had arranged a specific room for me and my dog and hit me up for another 10 euro. She couldn't have known anything about the dog before me walking in the door. It was not a good vibe at the onset, but the trip was fine. Beautiful town

Dog friendly, very clean, sweet staff and location on point.

The room was spotless, the bed big and comfy. Location was in an old city square, very charming and steps from the lake. Staff super sweet and helpful.

No cabs can park in front of the hotel cause it’s in the square. Might be a problem if you have a ton of luggage (and a dog ;))

Teh hotel is located int he heart of Como. Team is very kind and supportive.

Is a 3 star and therefore is expected not to have a smart tv but I believe that in 2025 is a must. I invite the hotel owner to but some new Quilt because the one I saw in the room really do not reflect the hotel standard.

The location was perfect — right in the heart of Como! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Everything felt cozy and welcoming.

Functional base in Como

Good location in Central Como. Very close to the Lake, stations, buses etc.

The hotel is functional, which is probably reflected in the room rate. This is an expensive area. No frills, but neat and tidy. If you just want a base to sleep and leave your bags, this'll do it.

The receptionist. I believe her name was Anna. She had a great smile, was very pleasant, and helpful.

You can't beat the location. Perfect place to explore the old town of Como. The breakfast was good.

A hotel definitely in need of some renovation. The rooms and bathroom were clean enough but it was all in depressing browns and old decor so not very inspiring staying there.

Choose if you’re planning explore around the lake.

The location is just ideal and perfect. 10min walk from Como S. Giovani train station, 3min walk to the public ferry terminal, 5min walk to the bus station. The building is facing a lively square with a lot of places to dine in. You should definitely try the grerateria Rossetti. They have varieties of gelatos made from scratch.

The facilities were a little bit outdated. There was only one tiny elevator which makes you wait to use. You can use stairs but it’s not the best. Though I didn’t have a major problem the shower space was also a little limited.

Great location, short walk to the lake and Duomo. Undercover parking 350m away EURO24 for 24 hours, with the ability to drive to the hotel and drop off luggage before parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

Air conditioning did not work and it was 100 degrees out. Sheets were scratchy and only a top sheet no comforter or blanket of any kind.

A Hotel in an excellent location with a really nice breakfast

Excellent location, right in the center of the old town, where all the cafes and restaurants are. Staff was very polite and helpful and the breakfast was beyond our expectations. The price was quite high for a 3-star hotel, but we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and great memories.

The fantastic location, over looking the Piazza Volta, short walking distance from the lake is just priceless. The room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you Francesca and Francesco for all your kind help and accommodating us for an extra night. We will definitely be back !

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is incredible, full with restaurants, just in the center and near to everything. Room was very clean and big, bed also very big, good temperature in the room. Breakfast also is delicious and with a lot of options. Will be back for sure. The location is a good choise for relaxation, partying or a lot of walking activity.

It was in a good location, we had a nice few of the square. Beds were comfy.

The bathroom was small. The shower was small and without a curtain and water sprayed everywhere. It was a now common remodeled 3 star hotel. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Luckily we prepared.

Great location with a multitude of restaurnts in the square below. Only one block back from the lake. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet and the property had a lift. Very friendly staff.

Bathroom tends to get a bit wet with no door on the shower cubicle but otherwise everything was great.
