Great place to stay if you are on the road!

The location, great if you are traveling from Italy to Switzerland/Germany or other way around. Nice and clean hotel, quite spacious room!

Perfect for travelling by car

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and has a large parking lot, making it a great choice for those traveling by car. Breakfast was fine—nothing extraordinary, but perfectly satisfactory. They also offer some gluten-free options.

The breakfast room was fairly crowded, and we had to wait a short time before a table became available.

Great starting point for visiting POIs (Como, Bellagio, Borromean Islands....)

- clean and big room - good breakfast - free parking - close to motorway - good start point for visit other POI - nearby shopping center (for a rainy day) - elegant solution for separation from the surroundings

- first impression when looking for access to the hotel (industrial zone) - morning coffee could be better

Breakfast was decent, some staff members are exceptionally sweet, big room and clean

Our air con barely worked, the hotel is super far from any public transport. Staff members can be rude and dismissive.

The hotel was clean, the parking lot was adequate.

There was a lot of noise from other rooms and people in the hallway. Unfortunately the hotel was old.

Superb

Very nice, big room, big bed, spacious bathroom, good facilities. Very clean! Staff friendly, polite and nice and always prepared to help. Breakfast buffet full of various options, always nicely refilled! Big and good parking, perfect for those who want to travel by car to Como!

From the facilities I guess only the tea/coffee maker in the room was missing. But of course it is a remark, not a complaint!

The location is great for a stop when you travel, very beautiful hotel and dogs are welcome.

-The two men behind the desk were really nice and helpful. I asked the male colleague some questions and she kept answering for him which I found quit rude.. They asked if everything was good and I said “yes but the room was really hot” and she replied with: well yes I told you to take a bigger room with the dogs… The room that I had was 24m2…. a bigger room does not change the heat… - There is no room service and I think that would be a great asset to the hotel for people who don’t want to sit in the restaurant. - Mattresses are a bit cheap and probably old, not very comfortable

there is no coffee and coffee in the hotel.Not only there is no coffee machine in the room but there is no coffee in the whole hotel on Sundays.Never in my life came across on something like this.One of the made woke us up cause she didnt care at all about mornkng hours and she was so so loud talking on the phone.She was so rude when we told her to be quite…

Very good address to visit Como and/or travel by car through the region

Very good value for money. Large room with 1 Queen size bed and 2 single beds. Facilities are excellent. Breakfast as well. The only bad point was covers too light for the season.... but I overlooked to switch on the heating :)
