Central location, lovely hotel
Hotel Centrale has an amazing location right in the center of Cernobbio. Easy to walk the town, and 5 mins walk to the ferry to get you to Como and other places. Quiet, large, clean rooms with air-conditioning. The hotel breakfast is great, too!
There is an ironing room downstairs, but I wish there was an iron in my room, as I was on an upper floor. Other than that, no complaints!

Practical location, service needs to be increased
Great location in Cernobbio, perfect for 1-2 nights.
To order a Taxi via the hotel was difficult. No possibility of scheduling the time of the taxi. Hotel staff told me it is very very difficult to get one in the first place.

Excellent hotel, would highly recommend to anyone!
Hotel was beautiful, and we loved our visit! The lobby is nice and understated, and the staff was extremely helpful answering a variety of questions. The breakfast room is spacious, and the food was delicious; there was a very large variety. Rooms are excellent; our family of 4 was quite comfortable in our quad room with one large and 2 twin beds (twin beds were in a separate room, connected to the main room). The location is wonderful; we enjoyed the 2 minute walk to the lake (2 gelato shops on the way!) and spent a lovely afternoon at the local Lido, swimming and enjoying the scenery.
