Perfect location to visit Lake Como. Super friendly staff and really great tips for seeing Como. Elena was quick to respond to any queries and exudes enthusiasm for both her job and the location. Highly recommend the funicular ride and slow ferry around the lake (queue up super early - we got to the ticket office at 7:45 and queued for 30 minutes. Bought a day pass which made the travelling simple and stress free - queues later in the day at popular stops are 1hr++ to purchase your next tickets if not… Also had a fabulous night eating at the Nuvole Garden restaurant -was a truly special experience.

Never met the owner/manager. Maid was nice to help out . Lots of stairs

Loaction is really really good. Despite the issues I had with the properties, the manager was very responsive and tried very hard to fix it.

The raiting was way too high for such place. The photos are very much tuned. Don't expext the nice looking design, but the cheapest ikea furniture and accessories. There is no elevator, in case it is important to you. The fridge was bearly working. There were issues with internet and no toitleries when I arrived.
