Great location with views. Easy and detailed check in instructions. Room was very nice had everything you need. Monica the manager is the best. She was very accommodating and big help for all local recommendations.

For me everything was exceptional. I value cleanliness and the hotel was very clean. The location was superb, close to boats, trains, dining and shopping. The owner, Alberto, was a great host and provided great advice on places to go and things to do. If I get back to Como I will certainly plan to stay at Bello again.

Comfortable and amazing location! Service was great too

Location was amazing and they upgraded us to a balcony room which was a lovely suprise and service! Rooms are keyless for ease and it was super easy to find. Comfortable beds, big tv’s, good heating for our winter stay. Lighting was great too

On our second night it was very windy and there was banging all night outside our window, I think it was coming from the terrace upstairs. Other than this it was lovely and comfortable!

Central, convenient, comfortable stay, lovely hot shower and great communication.

These suites are very close to the train stations, the lake and the centre of Como. The communication received prior to our arrival into Como was both timely and excellent and we had no worries getting in and moving around. The bed was very comfortable and even though we were close to the centre we slept soundly. We were very happy thankyou

Peppered with texts in regards to contactless check-in. Counted almost 50 messages in one day which is a nuisance when already on vacation and trying to enjoy your time before you arrive. Also bath leaked all over floor and got into our luggage.

The aircon didn’t cool the room below 27.5 degrees. When I mentioned to staff they just said it was because it’s hot outside (35 degrees). It wasn’t the end of the world, but something to be aware of if you like a cool room.

Very enjoyable short stay in Como

The location of the room is very convenient to everything and within walking distance of the train station. Valentina was very helpful and stayed in contact via What's App. We stayed in the junior suite which is the blue room. The view of the lake from the room is minimal, but the rooftop is available which overlooks the lake. The room was very comfortable, spacious and cool on such a hot day in Como.

The rooftop was being renovated on our arrival, so it was very difficult to enjoy that area on our stay. The "office" to the rooms is a desk outside the junior suite, and whilst not busy, you could hear all conversations which made us think they could hear us inside the room as well. This did not affect us too much though as we were out most of the time.

Stunning lakefront views, gorgeous room and amazing location!

I absolutely loved this property. Stunning uninterrupted views of the lake, the room was gorgeous and spacious and I didn't want to leave! Cute shared kitchen with rooftop patio with deck chairs, outdoor dining and a hot tub with flowing jasmine and views of the lake. Wonderful piazza just around the corner and the best ice cream shop downstairs. Monica the hostess was so helpful and friendly and my whole stay was delightful. I will definitely be back!
