Great location . Close to all the restuarants , with a Lovely Balcony overlooking Lake Como
Parking closer to the apartment , however Lake Como is a very busy area , so the parking space wasn't too far a walk from the apartment.

Location, location, location.. the most beautiful view.. right near the no cars allowed for nice shopping.. train station very easy to get to.. super helpful staff..
A bit quirky getting in and out, nothing bad, but you do it once, its all good. The bad/linens could be a little softer.

Fantastic location, unique rooms with incredible views. Our group used four of the five rooms, so we had the place pretty much to ourselves. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area (and the chilled "hot tub" was a fantastic surprise as the temperature while we were there was very high! A bit tricky to find at first but felt like it was a perfect place for our first time in Como City!
The air conditioning did not work in a couple of the rooms and the weather was hot, so sleep wasn't great for a few in our party (our AC worked great) but that did not detract too much from the experience.

Location and a comfortable bed
The noise internally & externally was horrific. We paid for 2 nights but left after one to find another hotel. One chair in a room cannot qualify as a suite
