All round fantastic apartment in a great location.

We had a fantastic holiday and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment we arrived, the host greeted us warmly and was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout our visit. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. Our room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the beautiful balcony overlooking the city was the cherry on top. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

If i had to be picky, the only thing that was missing was a full length mirror.

Clean, convenient, and hosted with care. Loved our stay in Como.

The location was perfect, close to all amenities and good restaurants. Easy walk from the station and so clean, the host had a fabulous coffee station which was unexpected. Alessandro our host was fantastic.

Nothing really, just in the even the noise level was a little high but that's to be expected when you stay in the city centre so not a problem.

It was truly a wonderful experience. I'd also like to thank Alessandro for his attention to every detail of our stay. We were also very pleased to receive complimentary tea and coffee in the common area. The hotel's location is also very central. We wandered around Como all day and finally walked back to our hotel. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and bathroom were adequate for two people. I'll definitely choose this place again when we return. 😍😍Thanks again! 💚

Amazing!

An amazing stay in Como! The property is centrally located, walking distance to all of the great cafes and restaurants. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the street, perfect spot for your morning coffee! There is a common room equipped with all the necessary items. Alessandro was a fantastic host and was always friendly and available to contact and more than happy to help. Even letting us store our luggage safely after check out so that we could enjoy our last day in Como. Highly recommend this property and we’ll definitely be back if in Como! Thank you for a fantastic stay! 😊

Fantastic Stay! Looking forward to returning.

My mom and I just spent 7 nights here and we literally couldn’t have asked for a better host or better place to stay. Alessandro is an incredibly nice man and a fantastic host. I reached out to him several times before our arrival asking questions about things related to the Lake Como area and he was always quick to respond. The apartment itself is comfortable, big enough for 2 people with comfortable beds and pillows. To give some clarity, this is a large apartment that was designed with 4 private studios with each having its own bathroom. We were able to see all the other rooms because one day there were no other guests. One of the studios has a full kitchen/living room combo separate from the bedroom with a kitchen and stove, and pull out sofa bed. Each room has a mini fridge, closet space to hang clothing and shelves to leave your clothes. We happened to stay in the room with 2 single beds, and while the bed was comfortable it was smaller than twin beds size in the US. We would opt for the double bed room option next time with kitchen. Building was secure and very quiet. A The common area has seating, dining table and stocked with coffee/tea, plates, tea cups. The location is incredible. You can stay at hotels that face the water and walk back to the shopping area which is only a 3-5 min walk. This property is located where the stores are and it’s a 1 min walk from the Duomo. The apt sits on top of a Sephora. It’s a 4/5 min to the ferry station, 10-12 min walk to San Giovanni Como station.

The only feedback I gave Alessandro is to add full length mirrors to the rooms so guests can use it to get ready. But otherwise it’s

Magnificent

The attention to detail in the room was outstanding. It was newly furnished, and every aspect had been thoughtfully considered. Located in the center of Como, yet away from the noise — just one minute from everything, but still incredibly peaceful. The internet quality, room access, and the wonderful hospitality of the host were the best I’ve ever experienced.

Pillows were on the hard side. Suggest a mixture of softer and firmer to suit all.

A minor suggestion: when closing the curtains, I would prefer if they did not cover the AC unit. Keeping the curtain away from the unit allows for better airflow.

Perfect place to stay

It felt like home the room.has a perfect size and location. The decor was very fresh and simple. The best was Alessandro he was great he assisted us for the 3 days we stayed , and we will stay there again on our next trip for sure

My only comment is that the bathroom window needs a heavier curtain for privacy

We are incredibly happy with this apartment! The location is fantastic — close to the center but still very quiet. The host is amazing: attentive, thoughtful, and welcoming. He greeted us warmly, gave us great recommendations for places to eat, and when we needed an iron, he brought it to us right away. The apartment itself is cozy, stylish, and spotless — even better than we could have imagined.

Thanks for everything to Alessandro, he was so helpful and responsive. I definetely recommend this place to stay. The only regret that I have is, not arranging this place and our Como stay longer. Besides, we loved the apartment. More than everything that someone may need was there. The location was also wonderful. If we come again, we will absolutely choose Alessandro's place again.

Loved it!

Nice stylish rooms, the location was just perfect to explore the old town and to go to the ferry station. We had a very instagrammable balcony in our room :) The host is extremely kind and helpful. He allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier and got a cake for my bday :)

The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the liitle balcony was right on the top of the most popular pedestrian street. Everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. Alessandro was warm and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended – I’d definitely stay here again!

In Centro lives up to its reputation and is literally steps from all Como has to offer. Our room was very clean and modern and had a charming balcony to view the action on the square below. The common area was well stocked with coffee, wine glasses, and a comfortable seating area to relax in. Alessandro is a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable.

Superb

We did not notice that we arrived an hour before the check-in time (sorry for that again), but they solved it smooth. In general, very kind and communicative host, he pays attention to the guests. Teamaking facility in the common area. It is rather referring to Como, not for the accommodation: the parking lot is very good: good location, easily accessible, large with many parking places, easy to use.

It is very far from luxury – but it is undoubtedly decent. For me it was a university hostel feeling as the whole room buzzed when the neighbor showered.. ;) No breakfast! No hall door, so no door between the bed and the corridor door – it would not reduce the room optically, but it would be very useful to isolate the noises from the corridor; which would be extra useful, cause every room door open to one corridor. No comfortable place to pack in the bathroom. No trash can in the bathroom. Poor quality shower gel.

Incredible, clean, and beautiful property in the heart of Como perfect for families!

The property has been updated recently and was so clean, amazing central Como location, and stocked with coffee and toiletries. Ale, the owner and property manager, was so incredible to work with! He immediately reached out after we booked to see if there was anything he could help with to make our stay easier….restaurant recommendations, etc. We are a family of 8 and rented the entire property (4 rooms with a shared family room). It was perfect and in a safe location with easy walking to cafes, restaurants, and the lake. We will definitely come back with our family and stay at this incredible property! Thank you Ale for the cherished memories with our family!
