Fabulous location, beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff could not do enough for you.

Perfect for quick stay in the heart of Como

What we loved about this place was the central location as we stayed for only one night. The room itself was spacious and clean with comfortable bed and practical bathroom.

The only downside for us was the bar downstairs, which is busy and noisy but you cannot hear anything in the room.

Managerial staff was very nice

Location was exceptional

First room was awful; smelled terrible and had no windows! No coffee in room, bathroom electric outlet didn’t work. Towel warmer didn’t work. Staff corrected swiftly by moving us the next day.

Excellent location, bad Wi-Fi, make sure you know what to do with your car and luggage before you get there.

The location is excellent, near everything.

They don’t give you any help for getting there or leaving with a car or luggage, it’s simply your problem. There’s no way to get there by car, the hotel is inside the ZTL and they don’t help tou with that, and when you get there by yourself they don’t have any way of helping you with your luggage. The WiFi is also almost unusable, and every time you leave the hotel and get back (or even when it just looses connection- and it happens a lot) you gotta go through the registration process all over again.

Nice but pricey

Spacious, elegant room and beautiful bathroom. Great location in the heart of Como. Friendly, helpful staff.

For the price I would have expected 24 hour reception and basic amenities such as a kettle and fridge in my room. My room was on the top floor and there were stairs for the final level. The helpful young man on reception carried my bag when I arrived but I had to manage on my own when leaving (as no reception in the morning).

The location is amazing, the staff are great. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing.

Three is a wired smell in the room comes from the restaurant on Ground floor. There is no refrigerator, and the toilet doesn’t have heating system.the floor was freezing.

First floor rooms can hear all the noise from the ground floor bar so may be an issue for you if you want an early night.

Our room was just above the restaurant. It had a mild smell of either sewage or mold. Water from shower would run out to the bathroom door which made it a hazard for falls.

Amazing location, big windows with a view of the square. Big room.

The shower was a little confusing to use. The room also smelled a little like a bathroom - which you quickly got used to but it was a little odd.

Fine, good hotel, we didn't spend much time as we spent the whole day out and left early in the morning

The rooms are on central AC which was set to cool, so we couldn't get heating to our liking, it was raining and cold that day

Location is excellent and the room, a superior twin, was very comfortable.

The staff were nice when they actually spoke to you but extremely slow at every stage. Kept waiting for ages at every interaction, and they didn’t seem to care - bordering on rude.

Hotel was fantastically located on a beautiful plaza with restaurants while being convenient to both of the main train stations in Como as well as the ferry to other towns along the lake.

Room itself was a bit small, but clean and comfortable.
