Beautiful, intimate property. The decor is original and timeless. The staff are lovely and the food is good. Rooms are quiet , spacious and a cool temperature. Location is perfect for old town
No real place to sit and lounge outside but it’s only a small consideration.

The property was absolutely stunning, an older townhouse building set back from the busy bustling streets still retaining all of its original historical features and charm. Perfect location for exploring Como and the surrounding towns along the lake. The room was huge, light, and pure luxury, whilst having everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun to start your day. Would highly recommend, by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at.
There wasn’t a single thing that we did not like about the property.

The location
Whilst the breakfast is a spectacle, it is style over substance. The juices are self indulgent / awful and the space at the tables are small and uncomfortable.
