The accommodation is amazing, both the facilities, the equipment of the room and everything that goes with it. But what I would really like to highlight is the reception, I think I never felt so well received in any trip or any hotel as here, the person who attended me, I think her name was Juliet, is a love of a girl, her energy, spontaneity and closeness surround you as if you knew each other all your lives. I leave very happy even if it was only one night and a few minutes with this reception, that girl deserves heaven.

Centrally located. Comfortable and well-run. Check-in was much easier than expected. Marina was a perfect host and made sure everything g went smoothly from start to finish.

Comfortable and spacious apartment in Old Town Como.

Communication via WhatsApp with Juliet and Martina 🥰 was excellent. Check in and check out instructions were clear. Questions were answered immediately. Arrived early at the Como S. G. train station, picked up keys and stored luggage in the office for free. Able to check in early after breakfast in the bustling Old Town Plaza. The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is complete. We had a comfortable overnight stay. Will highly recommend it👍.

No lift in the building. It wasn’t a problem as we knew that when we booked. We had small bags.

Clean, attractive, central and quiet.

The receptionist and cleaning staff were really lovely, and all the communication for our arrival was excellent. We were delighted to find the property spacious, modern and immaculately clean. It was also in a great central location, but a little back from the touristy center, meaning it was nice and quiet. We had a great stay.

Comfortable Como apartment

Everything was beautifully coordinated. Juliet sent clear instructions ahead of time & was available for assistance in person and on WhatsApp. The property was in a great location, Lago Como easily accessible as well as restaurants and public transport. Quiet and safe.

It would have been nice to have more than one bath towel.

Amazing just what I needed. Felt very safe clean and comfortable with lots of space.

Great little spot 8 minutes walk to the lake. Martina was exceptional and couldn't thank her enough. It has everything you need and is very clean. Best pillows iv ever slept on I think.

I was very happy with everything. But for other people booking please don't be upset that it's not the newest most modern place. It doesn't pretend to be so don't be upset with things are a little old..everything works. And the price you paid is not for Hilton standards so don't expect it.

Location, Location

I loved the location , everything was within walking distance. The apartment was cute and clean and comfortable. The garden area with tables and seating was very cute and nice. Didn’t stay long enough to use it. But would definitely stay here again!

No elevator, which they can’t do anything about. Just pack light for hauling up your suitcase 3 flight of stairs. Our apt was on second floor, but US ground floor is 0 and 2nd floor is 1st floor here. And it’s like 3 parts to each flight of stairs in between floors. Don’t let that deter you from booking this cute apartment. Just pack light. I didn’t, wish I knew before. Also it would be nice to get two keys, it is so difficult with one set of keys when it’s more than one, because the main door has to be opened with the keys and with no elevators it makes it difficult.

Quiet, magical and clean

Incredible location. So many shops and cafes and restaurants, but really quiet at night. My room was next to the civic centre and classical music was playing in the day which I could hear from my bed, which was absolutely magnificent. 12 mins walk from the lake. Parking was a little down the road, and very useful. Kitchen was well stocked and there was lots of storage. I didn’t see a coffee maker. A nice stove top espresso maker would have been fab.

The air con couldn’t be turned down lower than 23, and in the 38 degree heat, I could have done with it being a bit cooler. But otherwise, it’s ideal. I got a parking ticket, and Juliet was incredibly helpful and managed to get the ticket cancelled for me, which was such a relief!

Exceeded my expectations

I got there early and intended to do luggage dropoff/storage but when I got there they already had my room ready and allowed me to check in early which I really appreciated! The room was spacious and more than enough for a solo traveler. The location was perfect, it was near anything you could need. Very clean and just a wonderful experience overall

I would stay here again.

The property is not fancy but it has all you need. Who is really there to stay in a hotel room. The beds were comfortable. The showers hot and we had AC. The room had a kitchenette as well if you wanted to make or heat up food. The staff was helpful. The front desk clerk helped call us a taxi. Gave up cafe recommendations. We were in that area for 8 days. This was my favorite bed. Also it is a 12 walking minutes from the ferry port. But only a few steps from shops and places to eat.

I loved my stay.

The property was close to the train station and an easy walk to the ferry terminal. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

The staircase to the upper level was narrow and steep and may not be suitable for older people or people who are less mobile.

Beautiful, clean, and cozy room located in an area of old town that made it a 10 minute walk from everywhere of interest in Como. Also the check in and check out process was great.

Maybe out of their control, but there was a very noisy garbage collection just outside the windows that was disruptive.

Had a wonderful stay in this delightfully rustic authentic apartment.

Authentic, rustic Italian vibe. Great location central to a lot of sights and of course the lake. But super quiet, except for the church bells opposite, but I loved them 🥰 (they didn’t chime overnight) Also super clean and such a great rate. Staff were also very attentive and responsive.

AMAZING APARTMENT 100% recommended. Located in the center of the town, just a few minutes walk from the lake. The staff was very warm and welcoming, and was willing to help with everything I needed. The apartment itself was very comfortable and I had such a lovely time staying there.

Excellent location - right in middle of downtown and walking distance to everything. Very supportive staff to help with all requests and questions.

The hotel and rooms are bit dated. There are no elevators - so be prepared to carry your luggage 3 floors.
