Fantastic stay!

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, fantastic location.

My room was small and it had no views, but it was not an issue. More of an issue was the noise that I could hear coming from the hallway (music, people passing, etc). Had a great time nonetheless.

Nice hotel in Como.

Very nice hotel in a very good location. Everything was very good. Very quiet room. All amenities. Very short walk to Lake Como and boats. 20 minutes walk from train station.

Room was tiny, but we only slept there, and AC and shower were great. No complains.

Thoroughly recommend the hotel

All the facilities were excellent. The rooms were cleaned every day and exceedingly well done. The staff were extremely attentive and went out of their way to ensure that they could do no more to the extent that there was a train strike on the day we were to leave and and they organized a higher car to take us from Bologna to Ravenna.

Lovely boutique hotel

The location was great, close to the main street, restaurants and boats on the lake. The staff on reception were brilliant.So friendly and helpful.The waitresses at breakfast were fantastic and really went out of their way to give you a personal service.The rooms are very modern and the buffet breakfast is very nice.Comfy beds!

Booking.com said they would call me back. The hotel change was BAD. You dropped the ball!

Good location

We booked one of our rooms with booking.com. It was a single. Right after booking I checked with booking and the hotel to ask if the bed was a single (twin) and said my son needed a double. Booking.com sent me an email and said the hotel would make the change at no cost. When I arrived, the bed was a short twin in a very small room. The hotel was sold out and finally offered a room at another location. I checked it out and the new hotel was outdated, smelled and the room was BAD. My son opted to stay in the tiny bed since 73 Boitique was at least clean and didn’t smell. Booking.com mislead me in the bed size and we were disappointed. It created time and drama to attempt a resolution. The person that I spoke with at booking.com was supposed to call me back and never did. If booking.com didn’t send an email that said it was taken care of, I would have arranged this room elsewhere.

Our stay was luxurious and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is very central and close to the lake and the shops. The lady who checked us in was very attentive and made us comfortable after a long day travelling. She offered recommendation on where to eat and what to do. Our room had a balcony and was very luxurious. The breakfast was very tasty and of a high quality. It was truly a boutique experience.

The location was excellent—right in the heart of Como, making it easy to explore. Nicoleta was absolutely amazing: so kind, welcoming, and attentive. She truly went the extra mile to ensure I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Location is one of the most attractive streets in Como, close to lake. Easily accessible after long walks around the old town. Typical but delicious Italian brkefast.

Lovely staff and very central location but too expensive for what it is

Really friendly staff, super central location, comfortable beds, bathroom was in good working order, it was clean, quiet rooms overall.

Window was tiny so the room was very dark. It was ok for me as I was mostly outside but it can feel a bit claustrophobic. The price was also quite steep, which is standard in Como but unfortunate. 1.4k for 4 nights is too much in my opinion, despite the very nice staff the amenities were not just worth the price.

Perfect location in the heart of Como.

The hotel was great. The staff were particularly charming and helpful, from offering breakfast go bags as we rushed to make an early morning ferry to providing navigation help. We loved the location. A quick walk to the ferry and close to the heart of Como restaurants and shops. The room was small but well designed so comfortable and convenient.

Really a nice little hotel. It was much better than I expected. I enjoyed the interior and the room was great. Location couldn't be better and such a friendly staff.' The staff also managed to make a very nice breakfast with small means. I have been to much more bigger hotels which couldn't even do half of whey did at 73.

All was good but to mention something - would be nice if the coffee bar was open all time. Besides that I didn't really miss anything. I really recommend a visit.

Best hotel experience I've ever had

Fantastic location in the heart of the city, being small with only a few rooms is an asset, the staff are wonderful, only had 1 extra request which was done without fuss and they were always checking if everything was ok and happy to chat and provide information about local attractions, restaurants etc, the only thing is that I didn't learn all of their names so I could name check them in this review,if I ever return to Como I will stay here.

Great boutique hotel in the perfect location, short walking distance to lake, lots of restaurants and terraces around. Room very cosy, varied breakfast choices, all the staff was exceptional and helped us with many recommendations/ reservations, definitely reccomend this hotel if you plan a vacation in Como.
