We needed the secure parking so that’s a plus but probably will not return

No human to speak to for checkin, property is not as luxurious as in the photos, entrance us not obvious and it took us 30 minutes to check in, we were not the only guests having trouble

Kompletter Reinfall.

Umständlicher Check-In mit drei unterschiedlichen Zahlencodes für Parken, Hauseingang und Zimmer. Kein Warmwasser im Zimmer da Wasserboiler ausgeschaltet. Keinerlei substanzielle Hilfestellung seitens der Unterkunft. Ich musste das Problem selbst lösen, was bedeutete, dass ich eiskalt duschen und bis 1.00 Uhr nachts aufbleiben musste. Keinerlei Erstattung von der Unterkunft. Katastrophaler Service.

A suíte e a localização são boas

A suíte é muito boa. O espaço do quarto é otimo e o banheiro é muito bom. A localização é boa, caminhos a pé até o centro e tem opções de cafeteria para café da manhã logo abaixo do prédio. O auto check-in foi bem tranquilo e no último dia, como nossa volta era só a noite, nos permitiram deixar o carro no estacionamento.

Infelizmente o colchão da cama é muito mole.

Nette Unterkunft

Wir waren für 1 Nacht dort, was völlig ausgereicht hat. Es war super sauber, tolles Bad, Pflege Produkte im Bad, Kaffee und eine Kapselmaschine und einen Wasserkocher gab's auch. Ich fand das kontaktlose einchecken und auschecken super, Parkplatz ist umzäunt und mit Code zu öffnen. Das Zimmer war etwas klein. Aber ansonsten gut auszuhalten.

Es hat bei uns sehr nach Abwasser gerochen in dem Zimmer.

É stata un esperienza negativa. L’aria condizionata non funzionava correttamente: nonostante fosse impostata bene, buttava aria fredda in modo intermittente e a tratti aria calda (siamo a Dicembre). Di notte era impossibile dormire per il rumore strano che faceva. Abbiamo contattato il supporto, ma non sono stati in grado di aiutarci né di fornirci delle coperte. Inoltre in bagno c’era solo lo shampoo, mancava il bagnoschiuma come foto allegata. Servizio e comfort decisamente sotto le aspettative.

Saubere Unterkunft. Bett in Ordnung. Handtücher und Bettwäsche auch. Eigener Parkplatz. Einchecken hat sehr gut funktioniert!

Bei Eintreffen war es ziemlich kalt in unserem Zimmer - mit der Klimaanlage = Heizung war es dann ok. Im Lokal unter dem Zimmer war es am Morgen dann ein wenig laut.

La camera è coerente con le immagini mostrate su Booking.

Al nostro arrivo la camera era fredda e la pompa di calore dopo cinque minuti ha smesso di funzionare. Passata la prima notte al freddo abbiamo contattato la struttura via messaggio chiedendo un cambio di camera. Ci hanno risposto che avrebbero verificato ed eventualmente ci avrebbero dato un’altra stanza. Non hanno verificato, non ci hanno dato un’altra stanza e non si sono più fatti sentire. Gestione superficiale e deludente.

Bene, ma non benissimo, basta un po' di accortezza in più

Camera n. 6, gialla. Piccolina ma accogliente. TV , frigo, bagno spazioso con bagno doccia e shampoo. Asciugacapelli sotto il lavandino. Struttura nuova. Pulito. Trapuntino in aggiunta per letto Davide è stato molto gentile, indicandoci un paio di ristoranti nelle vicinanze per cena. Ci ha acceso riscaldamento. In camera bollitore, macchina caffè. Silenzioso, letto comodo Si devono dare anticipatamente i dati e documenti per check-in, comodo tramite link e veloce Colazione ottima fatta nel bar/pasticceria nello stesso stabile

Nessuna indicazione sul citofono Un po' confuse le informazioni per i codici di apertura ( non in ordine di esecuzione) Camera freddissima quando siamo arrivati. Ci sono volute più di un paio d'ore per ottenere una temperatura media. Non piacevole in inverno dopo una giornata in giro trovare la camera con 12 gradi. Siccome durante check-in si richiede orario di arrivo, consiglio di accendere riscaldamento almeno un paio d'ore prima dell'arrivo del cliente. Wifi non molto stabile, difficile guardare TV Mancanza di bustine per tè ( essendoci bollitore e tazze, mi aspettavo un paio di bustine di te e zucchero) Un po' isolato

la stanza è comoda, pulita, tranquilla, ottimo il parcheggio. A piedi si raggiunge la zona pedonale centrale in 15/20 minuti

ho chiamato senza risposta il numero di cellulare indicato: non mi è piaciuto per niente non avere un minimo di contatto con un "essere umano". Va bene il self check in ma qualcuno DEVE rispondere al numero indicato.

Nie wieder!

Ich hatte bis zum Anreisetag keinen Zugangscode zur Unterkunft trotz geleisteter Zahlung bekommen. Ich stand in Como mit zwei weiteren Ehepaaren, die auch keinen Zugangscode bekommen hatten, vor verschlossenen Türen. Mehrere Telefonate über die angegebenen Rufnummern endeten stets an einen italienisch sprechenden Anrufbeantworter. Ein Telefonat mit booking.com half mir trotz Versprechungen auch nicht weiter. Ich war daher gezwungen mir eine andere Unterkunft zu besorgen. Booking.com lässt einen in solchen Situationen völlig allein. Und das war nicht das erste mal!

O quarto era grande e espaçoso.

O wi-fi simplesmente não funciona. Tivemos que usar dos nossos dados para poder usar a internet, pois a rede Wi-Fi era muito fraca. Outro ponto negativo foi o facto de estarmos a viajar com a nossa filha bebé e não existir berço que resolvemos com um de nós a dormir no sofá ao lado da cama. Pedimos ao host um cobertor extra para ser usado no sofá, ao qual nos queriam cobrar uma taxa de 40€. Acho um absurdo. É a primeira vez que nos pedem algo do género por almofadas ou cobertas extra. Também dizer que o apartamento fica cerca de 2kms do centro, sendo que o valor pago foi elevado tendo em conta esta distância.

Dovendo raggiungere il centro a piedi-distanza comunque ragionevole- qualche disagio in alcuni tratti di strada poco illuminati. Disagio minimo in ogni caso.

Séjour parfait mais procédure avant l’arrivée pénible quand on manie peu internet.

Procédure d’arrivée en ligne avec envoi de photos différents documents et selfie pas forcément facile à faire quand on n’a pas l’habitude. Les 2 mn annoncées deviennent vraiment plus longues et pénibles.

Omgeving is prachtig de kamer is niet in verhouding met de prijs

Het zag er op zich mooi uit maar het was smerig, in de koelkast lag het bedorven eten van de vorige mensen, verder ging het spinrag aan het gordijn was de wc rol houder kapot en verder was het gewoon niet schoon. De beschrijving om binnen te komen is heel duidelijk.

Zie bovenstaande punten . Voor dit geld mag je wel wat meer verwachten

Super sèjour a part le souci à l arrivèe

Aucune visibilité pour trouver l entrée et pas de contact mail ou téléhone avec l agence,car nous avons eu un souci pour rentrer dans la chambre.En effet nous n avons pas réussi a rècuperer la clè dans le boîtier après 2h d attente d un message envoyè par mail a l agence immobilière et n ayant aucune rèponse de leur part,nous ètions obligè de dètèriorè le boîtier où se trouve la clé de la chambre afin de passer la nuit et nous en excusons du dèsagrèment commis mais nous n avions pas le choix. A ce jour nous regrettons de ne pas avoir eu de nouvelle de leur part...Cordialement avec toute nos excuses

Eine angenehme Nacht in Como

Eigener eingezäuntes Parkplatz. Im Haus gibt es ein Kaffeehaus, wo man hervorragendes Frühstück bekommt. Apartment sehr bequem, sauber, Klimaanlage. Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe, von wo man in kurzer Zeit das Zentrum erreichen kann.

Beim offenen Fenster teilweise laut, weil Bahn in der Nähe. Check-in war etwas umständlich und Zeit gekostet, man mußte Dokumente hochladen.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht, für die Lage und die Ausstattung viel zu teuer.

Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 1,3km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, der Fußweg zum Stadtzentrum ist teilweise sehr unschön, wenn es dunkel ist, würde ich immer ein Taxi nehmen.

Die Unterkunft hat den Charakter einer besseren Jugendherberge und hat meine Erwartungen, die ich für den Übernachtungspreis bezahlt habe, in keiner Weise erfüllt.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Neuwertige Ausstattung. Für eine Nacht total ok. Parken am Haus. Bäckerei in der Nachbarschaft.

SelfCheckIn etwas kompliziert. Den Schlüsselsafe hätten wir alleine nicht gefunden. Das Haus ist sehr schmuddelig. Das Zimmer aber echt in Ordnung.

Prima verblijf voor 2 nachten. Cobtact met de host via app. Erg fijn dat de auto achter het hek kon staan. Wij hadden ook fietsen mee. De afstand tot het centrum is ong. 30 min lopen, 10 min fietsen. Het bed was prima, douche klein maar heerlijk. Broodjes zaak beneden is top en zeer goedkoop. Heerlijke koffie en croissants.

Ligging van het appartement is naast een rotonde dus veel lawaai van verkeer, wel een goed afsluitend raam ( dus dicht weinig geluid) en geen buiten zit mogelijkheid. Kussens van het bed te hoog. WiFi was slecht.

Gutes Zimmer mit einen super Parkplatz, Check-In vorab wär wichtig

Hübsches, gut ausgestattetes , sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, großer Fernseher, Kühlschrank. Schnelle Antworten via booking.com. Die Lage ist ok, 25 min Fußweg ins Zentrum, hinter dem Gebäude ruhige grüne Wohngegend. Super Parkplatz mit elektrischem Tor und recht viel Platz.

Keine Kritik, man muss nur wissen, dass man ein online Check digital selbst (am besten vor Ankunft) durchführen muss, Fotos vom Ausweis, Anschrift usw. Danach erhält man eine Anleitung, wie man rein kommt. Eine Kaffee Maschine steht im Zimmer, aber die Kapseln waren nicht dabei, meine Rückfrage dazu blieb unbeantwortet, ist wohl nicht inklusive.
