The property is located opposite the Duomo - very central and close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, shops.
Unfortunately due to train delays, we didn't arrive until after the reception was closed for the night, however, communication from the property was excellent and very reassuring and full access details were provided.
The room was lovely with a large very comfortable bed. An excellent shower room and separate, large toilet. Toiletries were good and slippers also provided.
Tea and coffee were provided together with a minbar.
Next day we were able to leave our bags whilst we did some sightseeing before continuing our trip.
The member of staff at reception was extremely helpful
We wished we had booked a slightly longer stay in Como.

Amazing location in Como right in front of the church.
We got an unexpected upgrade which was amazing and a bottle of wine. Would recommend.
