Great location , friendly staff at the front desk and restaurants, there wasn’t any vegetarian options in the restaurant so had to eat out , the shower was not good as the pressure was low and the shower over the bath made it hard to use . For a 4 star hotel I was surprised to find that there were no English channels on the dated tv , usually it wouldn’t be a issue but the days we were there it was raining and we ended up spending a lot of time in the room .

ArtDeco hotel but needs upgrading. The bathroom shower was a nightmare as I have a disability and it was so difficult to access the shower over bath. All just a bit faded for the price in my opinion.

Got the tiniest room, close to a noisy street on the bottom floor, in this very rundown hotel. For this, I was charged 500eur per night. Used to be a luxury hotel, now just dated and extremely overpriced. If the price was around half of what I paid, it could have matched expectations, but for this price, it's not worth it whatsoever. I relayed my complaint and was met with no options to change room and full ignorance to my complaint. Avoid.

We enjoyed our stay but the room that we had was next to an alley and it was noisy even with the window close. During this time of month (April) we have to leave it open as it gets very hot in the room since the AC is not on yet. The hotel provided us with a fan so that helps a little. The hotel itself is very presentable and very close to everything.

I really enjoyed coming back to Albergo Terminus after COVID. It’s been about 10 years since I was last here and I could see some improvements. Dining room is adjacent and is outdoors. Should be perfect in Spring and Summer. Food for breakfast was excellent. Omelettes made to order. Room was bigger than last time but didn’t have the view of the lake. Eating buffet breakfast in front of the lake was heavenly.

The property is stunning. The service was very good. My only complaint was that once in a floor by elevator, you might still have to walk up 10 steps to the level your room was in, like we did. If you have mobility issues, this can be a vig problem, as it was with us. Otherwise, the restaurant is excellent and beautiful and the rooms comfortable and very pretty.

Property has a feel of a grand hotel. The room is updated and on the larger side. The restaurant is beautiful and overlooks the lake. You can walk everywhere and the boat stops on the other side of the street. Highly recommend
