One of the best places we stayed in our Italy trip. I wish we would’ve stayed here for more than 1 night. From the start we arrived earlier than the booking check in and we got checked in right away by reception. He was so lovely , explained all the places around the lake , where we should go , recommendations, how to walk into town. Then we got our keys and he showed us into our room and wow the room was amazingly clean , we got surprised and told that water was drinkable from tap as they had filter system and i can say the water tasted amazing! The beds were so comfortable, the ac worked perfectly , the breakfast was a sheet that we had to fill out the day before with times and it was all perfect. The pool was so refreshing , all guests seemed quiet and everyone was so polite . Great staff and accommodation! Also to note I have never seen this in any other place we have ever stayed at but when we came back from our night in lake como in the reception we found a cute note with little snacks and drinks saying they are complimentary and we can have them if we like and also sunscreen that’s complimentary , i have never ever seen that and it was such a unexpected cute touch.
Everything XD . The staff was amazing , the rooms were amazing , the pool and food were amazing . Honestly one of my favourite places i have stayed. Great location to walk into Lake Como town. Would really recommend!

Lovely rooms, outdoor seating area and pool area all great . Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Como.
Steep hill to access. Fridge in room not great - in small cupboard which was hot when opened. therefore didn’t keep things cool - though we did forget to mention this to the property at the time.
More umbrellas needed around the pool area - otherwise too hot to sit out.

Everything. Friendly staff, beautiful property, well equipped rooms. Pool is fantastic at the end of a busy day!
Nothing - everything was fantastic. It’s on a hill so wouldn’t be a good location for anyone less mobile.
