It’s a new property with good facilities, parking is a bit difficult but not impossible and the staff are great. Nice rooms and comfortable with nice balconies. Property in a quiet area.
Breakfast needs improvement, the idea is good with serving somehow “a la carte” menu but not the best. It is understandable that this way they avoid food waste. Also this depends on each and everyone. Coffee is not the best one as they would need to have a professional expresso machine.

The hotel is modern and beautifully designed, with stunning scenery and a fantastic view. Although the breakfast selection was small, it was very satisfying. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and they reserved a parking space for us. Highly recommended!
The room was quite small, but it was still comfortable and perfectly adequate for our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Le Stanze del Lago Villa Seta. Everything is new and well built, the room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. It's a 10' walk from the beginning of the city center, a bit on a hill but very quiet and despite being surrounded by buildings and quite close to them, there is still a lot of surrounding nature.
Only a few minutes a way is the path that takes is to the top of the hill it is located on (you can walk or go up with the funicular, but it's a very nice walk with great views, quite steep though).
The staff and service was amazing and very personalized, there are only a few rooms and it really feels like a home.

The breakfast is not a buffet: upon arrival, you have to fill out a sheet with what you wish for for breakfast, which they prepare especially for you. It's a nice, in a way, because there is no waste, but we felt a bit uncomfortable asking for more a few times because the portions were quite small. A buffet feels more comfortable to eat as much as we would like to, that said, the scrambled eggs were made à la minute just for us ;)
