Nice location and comfortable bed.
Rooms have thin walls and can easily hear neighbors. Breakfast was disappointing, mostly sweet items and nothing is cooked. Parking is 20 euros and about a 7 minute walk.

Great location, right in the centre of Como. Rooms are big, clean and decor is nice.
They advertise free parking but when we got there they told us they only had spots for 4 of the 5 rooms and we ended up paying 40€ for parking during our stay. The manager was quite rude about it too. Pretty unorganised and unprofessional management in general.
