Overall, a great stay, especially the staff and the breakfast.

Staff very friendly and helpful, even saving a street parking spot for our car right in front of the property. The front desk also recommended a restaurant for our dinner which was excellent, and only a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast is delicious with lots of fresh baked goods, fresh juices, and servers bringing made to order coffees.

One of our family's rooms was in the economy part of the hotel (we got the last 2 rooms in the whole hotel that night). The room itself was very spacious, clean, and quiet, but the approach to it involves crossing a parking lot, entering a dark narrow hallway, and using a very small and old elevator to reach the top floor. When we left the room to go to dinner, the lights in the hall did not come on at all and we had to use our phone flashlights to find our way down the stairs in the dark.

Old interior of the room. Old beds, not requested extra bed in the room, bathroom outdated with a shower hose way to short. Value safe not attached to wall or cupboard. Airco very difficult to control.

Lovely Time but Fix the Aircon

Staff fantastic from start to finish. Location was good easy walk to Lake and a little quieter area than the old town so good to relax.

The Aircon was non existent in one of the two rooms and this was not fixed. Looking at earlier reviews it seems a long standing issue.

Warm hospitality with good location

We have stayed there only one day so as far as I experienced the room has met our expectations although it seems a little bit small. Staff and breakfast were very good. Location was good since it was close to city center.

Akward room

Nice and pleasent staff, specially the front desk. Good cofee at breakfast. Nice detail regarding stone finishing on the walls.

Although we had the room at the second floor, we had an akward small window near the ceilleing with the feeling of a basement, but the bathroom had a normal window.

Pleasant

The Hotel is historically attentive. Lots of furniture have a historical value, the guests felt like turning to the 19th century.

But lots of technical things demand repair. As for food service, I recommend to some of waiters and waitresses to be more attentive and hospital.

Location Beds Michelle was very kind and helpful

We had rooms 6 and 8: 6: No blinds in windows, airco make noises 8: Blinds in ceiling window broken, ceiling window didn't locked. In general poor styling rooms, we had the economy rooms but it was very low quality, not a 4*

A wonderful stay and a super helpful and friendly staff.

I cannot recommend Albergo Le Due Corti highly enough. The front desk staff was the nicest, friendliest I've ever encountered. Above and beyond customer service. The hotel itself is architecturally fascinating and lovely. The room was small but comfortable and more than met my needs. One of the reasons I would return to Como would simply be to stay at Albergo Le Due Corti. I've never said that about a hotel before. Do not hesitate to book your stay here.

Perfect location, everything was an easy walk. the staff were exceptional!

location, staff, comfortable bed, parking arrangements were all very good

the room was quite warm. the ONLy way to make it cooler was the open the window which is a waste of energy and quite noisy in the early morning

Overall, a really comfortable stay with great staff.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. I had to leave early and they provided me with a packed breakfast as I would miss the buffet. They also called a taxi for me and called my room to give me a 2 min warning. The location was ideal.

The decor is a bit dated and there were no plug sockets next to the bed, barely any plugs at all, which was annoying.

Room was poor and very hot. The bathroom was very old fashioned and had mouldy sealant. not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.
