Great apartment for a day of exploring Como

Good location, clean apartment enough for one night to see Como.

The only thing why im giving 9 is because we were cold at night, the heating (although i think its central) was poor and we couldn’t manage to heat up more the temperature.

Very good value for the price

The apartment was located nearby both parkinghouse and city Centre. Nice bed and very clean. Aircon was good in the heat. Nice shower

Great location

Good location close to shops and cafes/restaurants. Only 10 minutes walk to lake, ferry terminal, bus station, and Como lago train station. 20 mins to Como San Giovani station, or 15 by bus. Was very quiet within apartment block. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed. Clothes rail and hangers really helpful. Staff very friendly and helpful. We used the luggage drop the day we checked out, which was an excellent service.

Room was a bit more basic than the pictures made it seem, and there were small signs of wear. We thought there was a small fridge in the room, but it turned out to be a freezer! This ruined the food we put in and made a bit of a mess.

Air conditioning did not seem to be working. Room looks bigger in the picture than it actually is and does not have much storage for two guests, if traveling for a long period.

Great staff, great location, few issues we’re resolved immediately.

Staff were really friendly and helpful as we arrived very late in the evening and they gave us all the check in information to get into the property without needing to speak to anyone directly. The shower was really good and easy to use and the mattress was comfortable. It’s very well located about five to ten minutes from the lake.

Upon arrival the bed collapsed from my fiancé sitting on the bed. We also had a real issue with the air con the first night and the room averaged 27 degrees Celsius. They fixed these issues the next day but we spent the first night on a mattress on the floor. The fridge in the room is a freezer and everything we put in there froze overnight.

It is located in the city center of Como

AC was not good. The bathtub drainge is clogged. The bed mattress is totally uncomfortable. There is supposed to be a refrigerator. Unfortunately, it was a freezer, and our food was frozen, and we had to throw it.

key system was faulty, someone else took our room. room looked way bigger on pictures and had to go up three flights of stairs to get to it. bathroom smelt of sewage, no iron but an ironing board and fridge was more like a freezer and froze all our drinks.

- mattress total U-shape; a bit difficult to get a good night sleep - coffee maker; no coffee, no tea whatsoever - broken toilet seat - loud neighbourhood; 2 nights - screams at 2am - room is nowhere near 25m2 - fridge is a freezer in fact

Amazing location for a short stay in Como

Location was perfect, couldn’t have asked for a better central area. Room was super quiet at night, no noise. It had a kettle, a fridge, good air con and a tv which was appreciated. We were able to leave our bags in the reception for the day after check out.

The apartment was smaller than expected and the pictures didn’t 100% live up to the reality. No extra towels, pillows, toilet roll etc was provided, no bin in the bedroom etc it was a bit more basic than expected

Not what I expected for that price

Location is very good, helpful staff

The room was quite dusty with 2 spiders, bed linen didn't seem fresh with some stains. I didn't find the bed comfortable. Overall, this accommodation is overpriced for such poor comfort (189eur per night) :(

the cleanliness of the property and the comfortability. 10-15 minute walk from the lake and close to restaurants. the staff were so friendly and helpful and really made our stay!

not necessarily a dislike but our room was up three flights of stairs so wouldn’t be suitable for disabled or elderly individuals. however, I don’t have any complaints about it. just a suggestion for other travellers

Too expensive for the provided quality, it looks much better on the photos. Cleaner tried to enter the room without knocking despite “don’t disturb” sign. There were strange people in the block, generally feels unsafe

A nice room in a perfect location

The room is pleasant and in a wonderful location. The best part of the trip was the WhatsApp contact who was always reachable and ready with a list of suggestions when we were stuck on where to go or what to eat - excellent service!

Great stay in Como

Rooms are in the central area of Como but also this area is very quiet so we had a good sleep at night. The bed was really comfortable. Nice and clean apartment. Highly recommend this place. The company is friendly and very responsive.
