An unforgettable stay—beautifully comfortable, thoughtfully hosted, and made special by Alessandra.

We arrived later in the evening and were warmly welcomed by Alessandra, who was so warm and inviting. She escorted us upstairs to our accommodations, which were absolutely breathtaking. The beds were incredibly comfortable and soft, and she asked what time we would prefer breakfast, tailoring everything to our schedule. We never felt rushed, and I truly felt more like a guest in her home than a customer—almost as if we were staying with family. Breakfast was a beautiful spread with a perfect mix of sweet and savory options. The train station is extremely close as well making travel to and from easy to facilitate. ,

We could have only wished to have spent more time here in this beautiful Villa in Lake Como, but unfortunately, we were only there for a short time.

Comfortable historic villa in a commanding convenient location near to Como centre

Charming 100 year old Italian villa with lovely gardens behind and a view of the Duomo. Delightful host Alessandra provided a wonderful breakfast and is a warm, engaging and helpful former chef who welcomes you to her family home. Free parking by the gate.

What a lovely stay! Alessandra and Michael make you feel welcome and at home!

Location is excellent, everything is reachable by foot. The Villa is elegantly vintage, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is great, even with a bit of a gourmet experience!

Minor difficulties: it was hard to connect our devices to the WiFi.

Wonderful place to stay!

The location is beautiful and close to the city center. The staff are very friendly, sympathetic, and provide a personal service. Perfect for combining a football match with a holiday here.

Au top, hôtesse adorable !!!

Décoration au top, hôtesse adorable et super soigneuse, chambre confortable et petit déjeuner excellent. Très bons conseils de visite. Le jour du nouvel an, notre hôtesse nous a offert le champagne et l’accès au balcon du haut pour voir le feu d’artifice. Un rêve !!!!

Bijou an ruhiger Lage

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein Bijou nur 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt in absoluter Ruhe. Mit schönem Garten und einer Terrasse zum Verweilen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeberin hat tolle Tipps für Ausflüge.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Die Lage der Villa Marina ist sehr gut, da sie vom Bahnhof Como S. Giovanni in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen ist und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie der Comer See ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig, sauber und komfortabel und man hat Zugang zu mehreren Balkonen und dem wunderschönen Garten. Die Gastgeber*innen Alessandra und Michele haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen, bestens umsorgt und hatten tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten in Como. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und kann je nach Geschmack zusammengestellt werden. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und eure herzliche Art! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Stilvolles Zimmer mit Garten unweit der Altstadt mit perfektem Frühstück

Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und konnten direkt vor dem Haus parken. Großes schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus und Zimmer. Großes Zimmer, schönes Bad und perfektes Doppelbett. Der große wunderschöne Garten kann genutzt werden, Liegekissen sind dort auch vorhanden. Das Frühstück wurde nach unseren Wünschen zubereitet, das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und sehr sehr gut. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfreich. Das Hotel liegt neben dem Bahnhof unweit der Altstatt.

Accueillant et confortable

Séjour magnifique dans une belle maison bourgeoise d’époque sur les hauteurs de Côme, parfaitement refaite, avec goût et confort. Les hôtes sont charmants, serviables et pleins de bons conseils pour vous guider dans cette ville qu’ils connaissent bien. Le petit déjeuner (3 différents types au choix) est délicieux et copieux. Le jardin, dont on peut profiter, est très agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. La meilleure option pour séjourner à Côme ! P.S : accessible à pied depuis la gare en moins de 15 minutes malgré ce qu’indiquent certains GPS
