A nice boutique hotel in the center of Como

The location is magnificent! In the center of Como. Right around the corner from a main square where there are nice restaurants, shops and the life. Walking distance to the cathedral and to the lake front. Wonderful, abundant and varied breakfast. Staff makes eggs, omlets or whatever you might desire, at guest's request. Excellent fresh rolls, fruits, olives. Alpine yoghurt. Ham, salami, cheese. Coffee made to order, served to the table. Public parking available within 5 minutes walking distance. Comfortable bed. Suitable bathroom.

I don't know how this could be a four star hotel. A solid three star for sure. But for four stars it is lacking a restaurant, a bar, a spa, a pool (!) and the general four star feel. The elevator is very slow. The common space is rather tight and cramped. No hotel parking. Room service resupplies amenities inconsestintly. This does not disqualify the hotel, but there is something missing. The fourth star is VERY small!

It's a good room. It's a great location.

The most frustrating thing was the bad internet, meaning it didn't exist at all. And when they asked me what it was because I had android 🤣. And everything is fine on the iPhone. But we had an iPhone too, and there was no Internet🫣. The staff smiled as standard, but did not decide anything. We left early in the morning and warned about it in the evening. They asked us to give us our breakfast to go. We arrived half an hour before breakfast. They made us coffee, and the food was already on the table, but we weren't allowed to eat... It looked very strange for a 4 star hotel. The impressions were not very good compared to other hotels.. The hotel is nice, but I don't want to go back... 😔

A wonderful place to stay when in Como, close to everything, but not too close!

Breakfast as top notch, the balcony provided wonderful views of the Duomo di Como especially at night, and the location was close enough to the piazza's and lake but far enough away so no crowds or noise.

There was a short flights of steps from check in to the elevators, so you had to carry your luggage up the steps. Staff would help carry the luggage if needed, but still seemed awkward.

I chose this hotel for its excellent location—just a short walk from the train station, ferry terminal, nearby restaurants, and the Duomo. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered great selections.

Wonderful location to enjoy Como!

Wonderful location in the old city. And the breakfast was awesome with many fresh choices of food.

The room did not have anywhere to keep your clothes once unpacked. There was no dresser or other drawers to use. Bathroom could use a bit more counter space.

Rooms were nice.

Bathroom bathing area small. Even after bookinng balcony we didnt get one. The lift is slower than a snail and the breakfast is underwhelming. But the worst facility is providing one bottle of water in a heatwave ridden italy for 3 people in a room and then being adamant at the reception. Also we checked in really late and requested a late checkout but the team denied bluntly even though foreigners were given room in advance and allowed to check out late. The discrimination was apparent.

A lovely little Gem in Como

Location was great close to both train stations , piazza at your door step with lots of food options. Breakfast selection was decent and a good to have. Rooms were good and spacious as other reviews complained but for a short city break they were fine.

I would have liked and iron and an ironing board in room but other than that we had everything available.

Fantastic location, clean and modern.

Amazing location, modern and clean. The hotel was the perfect base to explore Como and just minutes from the lake and ferry terminals. Good variety at breakfast and comfortable rooms. I had read that the rooms were small but there was plenty of room for the two of us in a Twin set up and we were out most of the time anyway. Would stay again without doubt!

Location Breakfast. Lady receptionist was the most helpful.

Very thin walls, giving little insulation from sound in neighbouring rooms. Room not thoroughly cleaned each day (carpet not vacuumed).
