Great stay and value for money! I would definitely return back!

Clean, great location (close to the train station, city center and lake) and staff. Great value for money. Very good breakfast. I had everything I needed in my room for one night. A cute balcony was a nice surprise. Excellent for a stay in Como.

Know that it is not a brand new hotel room/bathroom, but very clean and organised. Nothing to complain about.

Friendly place in excellent location

From this location easy to reach old town, station, boats, market, restaurants etc. Good price for this place. Very very friendly stuff! Good choice to have budget room in excellent location.

Clean, affordable stay in como!

Very clean!! Great location for a good price. I had to find a place on short notice and this was one of the only options in my price range that had a private bathroom. Within walking distance from the city center, the como lago train station and the main bus depot where you can catch busses going to different towns around the lake.

Great place to stay

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind. The room was very well ventilated naturally, even though the outside temperature reached 33 degrees Celsius. Air conditioning is also available.

I could always want something, but right now I don't have anything particularly urgent in mind.

Vacation in Como / Bellagio

Staff was super helpful. Specially Paula is wonderful host who served breakfast. And Fabrizio at reception is very cordial too. It was not soundproof though but location was super convenient for boat ride / bus to commute towards Bellagio

Ok for 1 night stop

Clean, quite good location. Price seemed okay with breakfast.

The rooms are pumped on parfume. Think they do overbooking, we had reserved room with a balcony and they tried to put us in a groundfloor room with no balcony. Didn't accept it and they found us a room with balcony. Breakfast is really basic, no fruits or vegetables.

Really good location near Lake Como

Good location, could walk to Lake Como easily. Room was very nice and spacious with a balcony with really nice view to the mountains.

No parking so had to pay in a nearby road

Old school hotel in great location.

Location is excellent, near the main train station and a quick walk to the lake with a Carrefour down the road. Breakfast was pleasantly good. Staff very friendly and check in/out quick and easy.

The one thing I need to harp on is the terrible Wifi. It was spotty and I had a few Zoom calls planned that I had to push back as the internet wasn't strong enough to run them. They need to upgrade/get boosters/whatever to allow for video comms. The rooms were tired but clean enough. Sheets were cheap and think my large bed was two beds pushed together.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great (a selection of spreads, a drink of choice, bread, cornetto, yoghurt etc. brought to your table). Great location, five minute walk to a supermarket and seven to restaurants/port. Cleaning was impeccable.

The furniture was a little outdated but the bed was comfortable enough. No kettle in the room.

Nice Staff, but Pretty Bad Hotel

The front desk staff was very nice as was the nice man who brought out the breakfast.

We booked this hotel last minute due to a train strike that changed our plans. Maybe the higher rate we paid for the first night was due to that but it was really expensive for what we experienced. We chose this hotel due to reviews and high rating but we’re disappointed the minute we entered. It is dated and felt very low end. The first room had a very musty smell so we moved to another. It still wasn’t great.The traffic noise is loud as the highway begins right at the hotel. Although the bathroom had been updated the rest of the room was shabby. The beds were rock hard and pillows uncomfortable. Value for money just not here.
